Unfortunately when the TV came along with the geek squad the TV screen was broken but the guys were amazing and quickly was able to rectify the situation. Within 5 days they were able to get a new replacement TV and take the broken one back! Happy Customer and I love the TV

Xeron and Trevor are the two technicians that came to my home to help me with my TV mount. They arrived with protected gear for COVID-19 guidelines and displayed knowledge, experience and professionalism with their work. I sincerely appreciate them both! Thank you!

The agent mounted the tv and made sure all the device and remote was working. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend Best Buy geek squad just because of the agent He was knowledgeable about everything.

This was a gift for my parents. They mounted the TV and connected it - looks great. They did not connect it to the various services my parents have - like amazon prime or google play. It would be "excellent" but they apparently did not bother attempting to explain how to use the TV (and switch between devices) to my parents. Which . . . I understand.

The agents were professional. They (2 agents worked together) mounted the TV with care and connected all devices. They were knowledgeable and answered questions making the use of the systems understandable and easy,

Had the Geek Squad do a basic mounting service for an existing 55in in our bedroom. They came in a timely manner as scheduled and were very professional throughout the install which literally only took about 30-40 mins. It's the second time we've done the basic mounting and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

The two men that installed our TV and set up the Blueray DVD player were great

Wallace my Tech in Miami, FL was amazing. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process step by step and to9k pride in his work. He made sure that the mount was sturdy before continuing with the installation.

The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad were professional and efficient.

Great job ... very experienced expert working on the job who knew exactly what the challenges were for an over the door mount in our master bedroom. Fast, efficent, and excellent workmanship.

Horrible ! But it was NOT geek squad That installed it. It was subcontracted out as they were overbooked. The guy was rude and did not let me explain were I wanted it mounted. Best Buy was AMAZING with fixing the situation. I commend how well they handled the situation!!! Thank you !!!! Bad situation but Best Buy fixes it ! That is why I am giving you 4 stars !!!

The agent saw I had a sound bar and offered to mount it .

The installers mounted the tv and connected it to my devices. They were very knowledgeable

The agents mounted the tv we purchased quickly on the living room wall. They had all tools needed to locate the studs on the wall and quickly mounted it. Connected all devices to the tv and gave us a tutorial on the use of the tv and sound bar. Agents were very professional and friendly.

Great service!!! The guys who came out to mount our tv's were very professional & knowledgeable. They made suggestions on tge height although we had in mind for it ti be higher however their suggestion was perfect. Love best buy and all that they offer!!!

Team did a tremendous job not only with the TV installation but with explaining the functionality of the system Extremely professional and prompt.

The two Squad members assigned to our job were efficient and very tidy. Conscientious of their work and respectful of our home. We were very pleased.

I’d give more stars if I could. Team Dusty and Jayden were awesome! Very knowledgeable and courteous. They were respectful of our house and our time. We have the Tech Support membership and everybody with the geek squad has been great.
