They arrived when the stated they would and did an excellent job mounting 3 TV wall mounts and 3 large TV’s we had purchased. They cleaned up from their work and removed all the trash from it.

The GeekSquad was prompt and friendly. Set up new tv and moved existing tv to another room and mounted. GSquad did forget to hook up cable to 2nd tv but got it on return trip. All of the agents were friendly, helpful and gave good suggestions. Felt very comfortable with them in our house.

Great service. The technician was right on time and did a great job of swapping my old and new TVs. He even routed all my chords to be hidden from view in my entertainment center.

The Geek Squad mounted a smaller TV for us and was very good in explaining how they couldn't mount our larger TV because we have metal studs in our wall and the television would fall off the mount. They called their supervisor and he also explained it to us. Excellent service!

The guys who did the install were both highly professional and were able to do what was needed. TV works great and may have to buy a second one to allow me some view time!!

NOT over 51" as indicated. The only mistake made was should have gotten the wall rack that one can adjust. Next time. The mounting was great. The hook up to my devices, Modem, DVR, DVD player, runner, and Sony Juke box not so great. Just do not have the patience to have it correct.

I've been having GREAT experiences with Geek Squad. They're always professional and are great with their communication. Getting a call before they're to arrive, and communicating what they'll be working on. They show up on time, clean, and are very personable every time. Worth it every time. Keep up the great work!

The installation crew was awesome. Answer questions an made mounting suggestions that allows me to view in comfort. The guys were friendly knowledgeable and efficient.

The Best Buy guys arrived on time and immediately went to work. This is a 75” tv so it wasn’t exactly easy. But they knew what they were doing and they quickly had it mounted to the wall. Then they spent time setting up the tv just the way I wanted it. They were GREAT

Using this service through geek squad was easy and simple, they came to my house, installed the wall mount and tv and reconnected my wires and everything. They went above and beyond when the explained to my father the features of his tv and his surround sound system. Will most likely use them again.
