The third party agent, named Alex, did an excellent job of mounting my 55" television to the swivel stand I bought and in assisting me to set up the television and setting up both Netflix and Amazon Prime. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

The guys mounted my 65" TV, installed the sound bar and programmed my Harmony universal remote. They were highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When there was a small problem with the programming of the remote that I commented on in the on-line survey they pro-actively contacted me and came back to resolve the issue.

Geek Squad did a great job in installing a new Samsung 85" TV to our wall. Very professional and knowledgeable. They helped with the setup too. We even had them mount our small 55" TV to the wall too even thought this was not scheduled. A+

The agents installed the tv, helped me with setting up hulu and explained ARC to us. We had bought a new reciever from Best Buy, and wanted to try it but they said it was iffy at best and other reviews really bore that out so saved us a lot of frustration and we hooked up optical digital instead.

The guys were fantastic, showed up on time, evaluated the existing conditions, figure out a way in which to best service us and proceeded with professionalism and friendliness. Couldn't be happier! A+A+A+

I moved into a remodeled home & had Geek Squad do all the mounting of t.v.'s. Other people said they could do the mounting & for less $$$, however in the long run Geek Squad saved me money as I also had brick mountings.

The two gentlemen that came to install my new television were professional, respectful and safe. They answered all of the questions that my wife and I had. Also, they wore their facemasks properly and respected all social distancing guidelines. Thank you!
