The Squad mounted and connected all of my devices. They demonstrated to me how all of my products worked. The were all very kind and courteous. They were so mindful not to damage my new home.

They guys arrived on time n had my tv up in no time.....on complaint i have is i cant find the power cord to charge my removal control.....other wise great install

Did a very good job installing tv and telling me about how it works and what they reccomended only thing that im unhapoy with is that the tv isnt mounted over the center of my mantle plan on calling them back out to see what they can do about it

Could not complete the install because all of the pieces for the mount weren't included although it wasn't an open box purchase. Courteous and helpful. Made sure the tv worked prior to leaving.

Very fast and friendly! I forgot to add connecting my surround sound system to my service order, but they gladly added it on when they arrived and hooked it up with no problem!!

I would have given them 5 stars but my sound bar is not straight. Other than that the guys were bery knowledgeable and professional. Yeah and quick

TV is amazing but the Geek Squad set up was even more amazing. Once they hung the TV they also patiently showed me how to work the TV. I would recommend their services to everyone I know.

The guys who mounted the TV were great! They took the time to walk me through the steps of using the remotes between the TV and PS4. They showed me some great shortcuts to get through my favorite shows and were very patient with my questions. I highly recommend them!!

I received a call ahead with the window for the following day and a call that day with a 30 min ETA. The tech was very professional and courteous.

I had best experience and I have used them before and I will use them in future . They are great people and respectful and more importantly they are safe. It’s not like you calling handy man and not knowing who is coming

The Geek Squad reps were friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed correctly and functioning correctly. I’ll go to them again anytime I need installations, assembly, or connects.

Had an 85" Sony TV installed by Best Buy for free being a Total Tech member. Installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this service.

This mount was perfect for what we needed it to do in our living room. The mounting done by the Geek Squad was perfect. They took their time and ensured more than once that I was happy with the placement of the mount!

Picture is good but not knock out spectacular. The smart TV features are extensive and well organized. The Geek Squad was fabulous. Samsung has great telephone customer service if needed. Only real negative: the remote that comes with this TV is too small and a little difficult to handle, but sufficient.

The efficiency and expertise of the Geek Squad crew is unmatched. They got me all set up in much less time than anticipated! Incredibly satisfied with the team!

Geek squad attached my unit to the wall and hooked up my sound system to it.
