I've been very happy that I chose this tv for my office area... the size worked out perfectly

They took down our 55" TV and put up the new 75" TV. They were professional, friendly and programmed the Comcast TV remotes (2) and made sure everything was working prior to leaving.

Agent resolved problems I had with my TV remote. Appeared to be complicated but he was very thorough & patient & ultimately figured out that there were several issues with the TV, remotes & other devices. Very impressed with his knowledge & troubleshooting skills.

Both members of the Geek Squad were super friendly! They were very efficient and did their job perfectly. I wouldnt mind having the same Geek Squad members out for any future jobs I might need! They made sure everything stayed clean in my home while they worked. I was very impressed and satisfied!

The agents mounted my tv and organized the wires. Over all, things went well.

These guys were great-showed up on-time, were very respectful and didn't leave until I was fully set up and understood the controls. Great experience!

they did not connect everything. The guys said the wiring was to old .

I moved across country and had the geek squad re mount my tvs they were fast fully trained and had all the tools parts such a great job. Thanks!!!!

The team was very very mindful of overall space in our home and took their time and extra steps not to knock into any other furniture in our home. They even cleaned up after themselves!

After several requests to get new TV installed and the move 2-TVs to different locations inside house which was finally done on 3-15-23! I've now have the installs completed and the Geek Guys on 3-15-23 did an very good install & very helpful with it1

Do not buy from Best Buy or Magnolia, and definitely do not use Geek Squad!! Geek Squad subcontracts installations to a 3rd party in my area (Philadelphia suburbs). The subcontractor called the day of my install and I had to fight with them just to get back on the calendar 3 days later. Day of install, the crew that arrived was rude and refused to measure anything and instead eyeball all the measurements. They scraped up my wall with my mount and installed it unlevel and too low. Then they left fingerprints all over the screen and failed to remove shipping films and padding. They also failed to route my hdmi cables correctly through the mount channels and even through my wall channels. They even stole one my new $70 hdmi cables. I bought 4 and they left me with three. In the end, this was the worst install I’ve ever experienced. The quality was extremely unprofessional and I’ve already contracted for a more boutique and experienced crew to fix everything. I bought an 83” Sony oled, Sony soundbar and matching subwoofer. This crew was at best qualified to install 42” tvs on a fixed stand. Not qualified to wall mounted anything, let alone any equipment of this caliber.

As a self proclaimed DIYer, it was tough for me to go ahead and pay the cost of this service. I am reformed!! It was worth the cost-no extra trips "back to the store", tv was installed and working properly in minutes. The TV sits in the wall mount correctly and Geek Squad even fixed the errant chord problem.

Geek Squad, Justin and Scott did an excellent job explaining, installing, and setting up my new TV with a Mantel Mount bracket.

Love the work that the geek squad does. Great costumer service even that there was a wrong item that was picked up from the warehouse that was handed to them. I am still satisfied with Best Buy regardless. Currently waiting for a refund but all is good so far.

The 2 workers did a very good job installing the TV. Very professional and knowledgeable! All around excellent service!!!

The gentleman that did the install was quick efficient and definitely had been doing this for a while. It probably won't be the last time i use Best Buy for installs. It is definitely worth the money.

Booking the appt was a pain, started online and it was a hassle. But the guys who came were professional and the best part was they wore shoe booties!!!! #newHomeownerProblems we supplied the mount for a 55” flat screen. Took 15 minutes :)
