Service was quick and the gentleman mounted my TV in a difficult location. He centered it and ensured I was okay with everything before proceeding.

Hubby purchased a new larger TV so he had the Geeks mount the old 55” TV in the garage. They immediately worked to install the TV mount in the garage and move the TV to the new mount in the garage. He’s very happy with the quality of their work and the tv mount itself.

The agents mounted my TV and did a good job. However, they could not get my Directv receiver to work with the new TV. My husband was pretty upset about that. They told us that we needed a new digital box but that was not case. My husband got it working later in the evening.

Malcom and his partner (sorry I can't remember his name) were awesome. On time, shoes covered, made quick work of the install of our existing (Best Buy purchased) 75" TV and a new Samsung Soundbar. Very pleased!

The installer was very nice, called before arriving and made sure i was happy before he left.

the guys did a great job. i would have them come back again if needed.

I provided the technician with two in wall outlets so cables could be easily run and hide the cabling. He did not ask any questions so I figured he had seen how the old wall mounted television was connected as well as the Ethernet cables. When I checked on his install he had drilled out the Ethernet outlet box and pulled cables through it and did not install in the way I had requested. The connection behind the tv (although unseen behind the new tv) will cause issues when we try to sell our home in the future. The Ethernet throughout the house did not work after he left and Best Buy had to send him out again the fix properly. Not impressed with technician or the general appearance of the install. I would not recommend using this technician.

The agents arrived in timely fashion and worked well together. They were professionals and made sure the television was mounted to our satisfaction. I appreciate their focus in making sure the television was connected and operating properly. Thank you Geek Squad!!

Geek Squad staff did an excellent job of mounting and setting up TV. TV, including streaming, and sound bar worked great. They were very helpful and explained how to use everything.

The TV I have now is awesome the B2 it only has a couple things that are missing from the seat she she too so I was going to upgrade it but I'm not I'm going to stay with the B2

Bestbuy installed my new 75" TV and it didn't cost me much since I have the GeekSquad plan. I am satisfied with the job and I didn't have a hard time to schedule an appointment. I believe the installation took approximately 20 minutes from start to finish.

I used Geek Squad and they installed a new bracket that tilts and it pairs really well with the tv. They were in time and had the job done in 40 min.

Kelly and Scott were awesome provided exceptional service, very professional and friendly finished installing 65” TV on wall and connecting it fast. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad services.

The men who installed my 55" TV were on time and did a good job. They could not haul off the TV box because they had no room in their van. Funny, because they had room for it with the TV in it, but not after the TV was removed from the box.

We love the Samsung TV. This is a replacement and we’re hoping it continues to work. The volume went out once, already. It’s been ok since then. Fingers crossed.

The technician, Kennedy, had our new television mounted and set up in no time. She was very helpful in explaining all the features of the new television and how to use them.

I had the Geek squad to instal my TV to the wall and they made the installation very easy

The guys who came to my house to set up my television, portable projector and Sonos system did a great job, everything worked and they gave me full instructions on how to operate all the systems as well as helping me download all the necessary apps that I needed.
