Very knowledgeable, very fast and helpful definitely using geek squad for any installation and the technician that help us out were GREAT like GREAT!!!

I purchased a 75in Samsung TV which weighs almost 90lbs. I needed professionals to minimize the risk of a DIY wall mounting disaster. The Geek Squad measure, mounted and tested the TV installation and I have peace of mind that my TV won’t wind up in pieces.

Geek squad did not set up tv/receiver to communicate properly, Brandon did not appear interested in taking the time, and he is not welcome in my home again. Tv has been swapped out, and have another appt scheduled for the receiver & universal remote to be configured correctly. Brandon said my universal remote was too old, yet bestbuy still sells it. Again, shame on Brandon, he also said my router/modom was out dated. When i went to bestbuy for tv exchange & check into a new router... Bestbuy still sells the router i currently have. Brandon needs interpersonal skills and additional knowledge of what is sold and current. And he needs to complete his job

The agents installed the mount and television quite quickly, got us hooked up to the Wi-Fi and ready to go. Even answered a phone call after installation when I inquired about speaker systems.

I wanted to upgrade my 75" TV which was set up on a stand to a 85" (28% bigger!) which needed a proper, rock solid swivel/tilting wall mount. Best Buy knows how to do it right and that's exactly what they did. Professional all the way.

Team had great communication, were punctual and worked quickly without being reckless. Cleaned up like they were never here. Amazed how delicately they handled our items, was refreshing to see someone handle with care.

Everything is finally connected to make the TV work properly. However internet cable is strung outside the wall so I have contracted with another vendor to correct this problem as well set up the audio system properly. They did a great job installing the very heavy wall mount and the 65" tv so that part is great.

A most excellent experience with these installers! They were comfortable with what they were doing and did not waste any time. They picked up after themselves and even hauled away the packing materials!

TV mount fitted perfectly for the space . Also, allows the flexibility of moving inward and outward.

I Like about them coming to hang up my TV that they came on time I listen to what I said and they were very professional so thanks Best Buy I will recommend this to anyone to get the total tech

The agents were very courteous. They knew exactly what to do. They mounted the tv in no time. They hooked all the wires up and cleaned up after themselves, even removing all the trash and boxes. They were truly a bright light for Best Buy!

The Geek Squad Team showed up on-time and had my 77" LG OLD TV installed in no time! The purchase did not include the wall mount, but they had a couple of options to chose (fixed/adjustable) from onsite. Got the adjustable and it works great.

Had a problem w/ mount provided for Oled TV. Tyler advised me regarding one that would work, and returned to complete the installation. He was careful to place 2 new Nests & OLED in ways that covered pre-existing holes, helped tremendously w/ software setups, and is super nice.

This, if you have the total tech support, is worth it. The big highlight of this service outside of not having to do it yourself is if the mounting fails and the TV falls Geek Squad will replace the TV if it broke (and it probably will have broke after falling). Granted, it's not terribly hard to do yourself if you want to save some money.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad's installation of my TV over a stone fireplace. It was a difficult task as the stones were non-uniform and quite hard, requiring the use of a large impact driver.

Geek squad professionals that came to my home were so in tuned with one another that it took less time putting together and hanging my TV then it did explaining to me how the TV worked! I totally would recommend these two to any of my family and friends. huge thanks to both of them!!!!
