Love their Geek Squad service, never an issue. We live an hour away from the closest store and always comes out when I need them.

Tony and Brian have got to be the absolute Best Employees at BEST. They worked at a lot of wires and finally got all of them working properly. They were professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Kudos to BEST for employees like Brian and Tony.

Geek squad agents quickly and efficiently installed our in wall mounting wiring. All was tested and explained to us. They were on time, cleaned up thoroughly and thanked us for using them. A professional service installation!

They came in and installed the TV properly. There was no issues at all. They did adjust the TV minimally, but you have to remember each person has their own taste in the quality of the image.

Had GS mount my 75" TV. I was too chicken to do it. They handled it quickly and professionally, and even did some tuning/optimizing on my receiver that I didnt expect. Likely to have them mount another TV for me.

The Technician mounted my tv, but I was expecting him to actually open the wall and drop the HDMI cabling inside, like my other TV's. I think $250 is too much for basically mounting the hardware on the outside of the wall. I will not use your service again for this particular job. Also, I could not get any basic TV channels on the Samsung TV. Tech told me I needed a ROKU or AMAZON Stick. I located it 15 mins after he left and I texted him to let him know, but he NEVER responded. "I" got the TV working with the ROKU stick!

The agent mounted my TV in a very timely fashion. He also explained how to operate the mount of needed. The agent was extremely knowledgeable and professional i would highly recommend him to everyone i know. Also my daughter was extremely excited.

Agents mounted tv exactly where we asked, hooked up all equipment, tested tv and explained functions. The installers were totally professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Peace of mind knowing everything was done right, made the investment worth every penny spent.

The Techs took down my old set and replaced it with the new set, and hooked up my Sound Bar. They were quick and very proficient at their work. We would use them again.

The guys came to install provided option on best placement. They even took out the boxes and trash and left area clean. We have cats and they were mindful to not let them out and weren’t bothered when the cats checked out what the wee doing and tried to get in the boxes.

Everything was set up correctly and worked the first time.

2 Best Buy agents delivered and mounted my 75” 4K tv on my 3rd floor loft wall. Them two were very professional. I needed 1 extra hdmi cable and they had me purchased it right there and then from them. They cleaned up their mess after the work and set up my other devices.

I had a confirmed appointment intall a new 77” tv. As the end of tbe 3 hiura window was approachjng and no deliver in site, i called for an update. After some time, the rep said they are running late and wiuld be there in 39 minutes. An hour later, astill no TV. Another call and this time, the installers wouldnt answer his call. 90 minutes later still no TV. I finally get a call back at 9:45 PM asking if I still wanted him to come. At that point, family isnin bed and I wasnt about to have installera there appraching midnight. The worse part was I left work early, moved furniture out if the way and removed current 65” TV and sound syatem. I now have to wait “2-3” days for somejne to call me back and reschedule because the TV in in transit….aka still on the guys truck. Terrible experience so far.
