Paid $250 for a Tech support plus account. Have had them install 4 big screen TV in my house. Without the plan, it's like $200 or more per installation. With the plan, its fifty bucks each. So I paid $200 for $600 worth of service.

Geek Squad installed my 65" tv to my beloved brick fireplace. They did an amazing job, were incredibly knowledgeable and professional and made sure that my preferences were incorporated in hanging the TV. They exceeded my expectations on every front.

The GEEK Squad team performed an excellent install of our new Samsung 65" TV. They removed our 55" TV that was destroyed by a lightning strike and hook up the new one very swiftly and professionally. Kudos to Jacob of the GEEK team.

This is the second time I've used the Geek Squad, and both times I walked away saying "Great Decision!" My "geek" Anthony called before the installation to discuss it with me and was able to identify a potential problem I was unaware of. He resolved the issue and set up a beautiful 65" 4K HD TV. Ted spent 3 hours mounting and setting up 2 tvs. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient with me as I have never had a smart tv before. If all their techs are like him, I highly recommend.

Our geek squad service tech was freaking awesome. We talked like we knew each other already. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and what he was doing. I’d definitely have him come back and do another install again.

the agent dismounted my old tv, mounted the new tv, made sure it was paired with the remote control, and made certain i knew how to use it before he left! that's what i call EXCELLENT customer service!!!

The agent did a very thorough job, explained the mounting details, cleanly connected all the cables and left the TV and associated components in working condition. He checked and setup all the settings to provide best performance (sound/picture) from the TV. He was a very personable agent.

The Geek squad brought the tv and were almost finished installing my 75” tv when they saw a crack in the screen. They brought me a new tv the next day and set it up. Very good service.

Glad I made this additional purchase as it took two experienced installers about two hours to install the TV and soundbar with items specifically designed to support a wall mount solution. I would have spent 5 times that amount of time most likely.

The techs were amazing; very polite, neat and efficient. They did a great job! Unfortunately they had no supplies on the truck from the store and they didn’t even have the hdmi cable or coax hardware!!! They were very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault... Best Buy didn’t send them with a proper truck!!! Very annoying!
