We needed our 75” TV mounted above our fireplace as that was really the only place in the room for it to go. There was no way I could do that on my own. The Geek Squad agents arrived on time and gave text updates with their ETA which was great. They made sure the mount was straight before drilling into the wall and it definitely required two tall people to safely lift and secure the TV. Then they made sure all of the software was set up and it was connected to the WiFi and soundbar and everything worked. They were really nice, answered all of my questions, and did a great job.

These guys were respectful, quick and competent! They showed up on time as bad did a perfect job. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This was actually the second time these service guys did installation work at my house. They took down a disfunctional TV in my bedroom and installed a new one. They also provided this same service on my old TV in the family room. I am 69 years old and really needed someone to do this for me. I must say they did an exceptional job. They also installed an indoor antenna to the TV. They did all the updates, the channel searches, and tuned my TV for the best picture. They answered any questions I had and instructed me on aspects of the TV I wasn't sure of. I couldn't have asked for more!

Great service the team member showed up on time he did not need any assistance when installing the TV on the wall he took very professional precaution when installing everything he offered to take off his shoes before he came in My Home. He was very clean, very professional he requested other products that I may be interested in as well.

Very helpful, straight forward and efficient. This is an extremely easy process and the gentlemen who assisted us were quite knowledgable, polite, and respectful. The first thing they asked if shoes off or shoe covers worked. Cleaned up. Will never mount a TV myself when it's this easy to schedule.

The agent called the day before to confirm, called when on the way as we had discussed, got here and hung up the TVs quickly and hid the wires as much as possible and suggested a wire cover that could be purchased to cover what did show. Both guys were efficient and knowledgeable and worked well together. Highly recommend these guys!!! However, requiring a title and a display name is irritating. I would have blown off the review but the guys deserved the positive feedback.

Ben and his associate did a great job from start to finish. Everything was professionally done, in and out, with no problems or wasted time, and on time, too.

I'm really enjoying this large TV. Buying it, I knew I wasn't getting the top of the line TV but it is far from the bottom of the barrel. When I bought it the store rep told me that this TV was one notch above the lowest Samsung TV, which is a compliment. The picture is very clear and the interface is intuitive. I have no complaint about this TV. It also helps that I got it as a Black Friday purchase which knocked another $300 off. I'm happy.

The Geek Squad staff arrived on time. Were efficient in the installation of the wall mound and television. They made sure all components were working correctly before leaving.

Technicians really cared about the quality of their work. A nice change from the typical “get in, get out, get paid as fast as possible” that you see too often these days. Since it was such a large TV, they made sure to hit 3 studs when installing the wall mount bracket. I would use their service again!

Two guys turned up on the scheduled day with everything they needed to mount my new big TV. They also arrived earlier than the expected time slot by a few hours which was great. They brought my new TV in, took my old TV and mount down, put the new one up and even helped to set it up, plugging all my HDMI components in. They set up my TV, changing settings, removing annoying apps, ads and getting it updated. Then they checked my gaming console settings to make sure I was getting the best picture quality to match my new TV's features. The guys were polite, friendly, tidy and professional. They also both had good knowledge of the exact TV I bought and TV's in general. I can wall mount TV's myself with a little help lifting the TV at the end, but after this service, I'll never do it myself again in future. For the price and the service they provide, it's a no brainer for me. I was fortunate to get the service for free as part of my TV deal, but would gladly pay for it and would recommend it to anyone who buys a new TV from here.

The guys were pretty knowledgeable with my new Sony tv and sound bar system. They went right thru the set up and helped with picture set up. thank you guys

I purchased a TV, Soundbar and TV mount from Best Buy along with a coordinating Soundbar mount purchased from Amazon (Best Buy only had one Soundbar mount and it was Rocketfish I believe) and had Geek Squad come and mount everything. There were 3 techs that came inside to get the job done fast and efficiently! They made sure that the Soundbar mount that I purchased from Amazon would work with the Soundbar and the TV mount from Best Buy. Thankfully I did my research and it was easy to find because the Sanus Soundbar mount was universal to Sanus TV mounts so everything was confirmed correct. Everything was done in about two hours I believe and looks great!! All 3 techs were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the installation. I also had a choice if I wanted to run the cords (only the HDMI cords not the power TV cord or the power Soundbar cord - that is a certified electrician’s job only) through the wall or leave them all hanging down where I can later put a casing on the wall to hide them. I knew I was going to expect great service from Best Buy, as always, but I was extremely satisfied with the whole package! I will definitely have Geek Squad come back with any other service I need in the future!! I had the pleasure of having my 75" Sony Bravia installed by your geek squad. There were very knowledgeable about the Sony brand. They hung my tv quicklywith precise measurement making sure it was secure on the wall. They gave us instruction on apps and how to keep theTV updated when necessary. Great ambassadors of Best Buy!

After the second cancelled appointment from Manada, the third party group Best Buy sometimes contracts to do installs, I had to go speak with the selling store's manager in order to prevent waiting yet another week to get our tv installed. Luckily for me, Brandon at the Best Buy on Research Blvd in Austin stepped in to get things back on track. He worked with the stores own Geek Squad crew to get us back on schedule and get the installation performed without having to wait yet another week. Brandon was the consummate professional. He listened, empathized and made it happen. I doubt I'll order online any more, I'll go to his store and order in person. Outstanding service! Alex and Greg were the Geek Squad techs that had to install our tv about 7' up on the wall. They were excellent and completed a perfect installation. My elderly dad supervised from his chair and noted they never hesitated and there were no wasted motions. These guys are pros and their work shows it. They even refused a tip! (Which they definitely earned!) While we had a bumpy start to our two tv installs, Brandon, Alex and Greg got the work done quickly, professionally and expertly. Thank you so much to these three employees for their excellence. We are now pretty loyal BB customers and you can thank these three!
