Very professional and quick! Our walls are extremely thick and hard so they had a little trouble finding the studs but they were really nice and did a great job in a short amount of time. Well worth the money bc if we hadn’t, I’d still be waiting on my husband to do it!!

Smooth installation, no complaints, long wait window is challenging though

I have had the Geek Squad mount multiple TV's for me. This time as always they are in and out in a flash and do great work. And, I don't have to worry about creating a bunch of holes in the wall I don't need and end up patching and still looking bad.

Geek squad did a great job for us. Very professional and friendly. Hooked everything up for us a showed us how to use it. Very pleased

Great job installing wall mount and hanging our new TV. Correctly installed our new in-wall power extentions to connect the TV and devices. However installers told me we did not need to run my second hdmi cord to connect the BluRay to the TV. They would only test the TV, said we'd be fine, and left. Now we have to hire someone else to fish my hdmi behind the wall in our new in-wall extension outlets and rehang the TV. Not expert service. No more Geek Squad unless this is made right, quickly.

My technician told me when to expect him, called to remind, was on time, went out of his way to survey the job, went to pick up extra items that made the job more of what I envisioned. Cleaned up more than I expected, and took time to train me. I can't think of anything about him I would change.

The install team was punctual. They were careful not to track dirt in the house. They had to cut a hole in the wall and run wires and all of this was done very professionally and perfectly. All within an hour. I’m super impressed with Best Buy and their qualified technicians.

David and the other Geek Squad man were the absolute best-They answered all my questions and gave me step by step instructions -Were so helpful -I can’t say enough good about them

The two young men who did the work did an outstanding job with the installation, and almost more importantly, they took the time I needed to understand all the new equipment. Based on my Geek Squad history, I will definitely work with Geek Squad again.

Mike and James were terrific. I really like how helpful they were with the install as far as suggestions to enhance our experience. They placed the tv at terrific eye level and kept a clean work area! Would definitely recommend to my fellow man

I already had a TV mounted above my fire place. They attached the TV onto the existing mount - looks great. With that being said they said they didn't have time to mount my new mount on a wall. - not sure why I payed full price for an install when half the work was already done for them....

The agents mounted my 2 TV. They were very nice, helpful, kind. We had a little trouble they stayed until it was fixed. I thought that was wonderful. They showed me how to use my TV which is a big deal because it's new. I want to thank them so much for the help.

The person came at the prescribed time, got to work installing the TV and was able to everything done in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed.

Rich the manager was so awesome! He help me a lot with getting my installation sit up for my new tv I had bought from Best Buy.
