The crew did a great job on installing the TV on the wall. I would use them again.

Both the agents were extremely knowledgeable and did their job very well and quickly. They kept everything very clean and took all the garbage with them. I wanted to give them a tip for doing so well they said they can't take money. Job well done!!

My tv was delivered with the utmost care and consideration. The installers new their jobs well and comment ed on the superior qualties of the products we have purchased. They spent time with us and made themselves available for any further questions.

The set up was done very professional we love having Geek Squad mount our TV the mount itself is very sturdy and they didn't mess up the wall

The Geek Squad came out and determined why the Polk Audio Sound bar would not work sometimes. They changed it from auto to manual. I now have to use the control for the sound bar but it is working all the time.

After quite a few bumps in the process, we finally got it put up correctly by the Oakland Geek Squad. I works wonderfully and they were very professional.

Barry was fantastic! Called ahead. Thoughtful on best install options. Flexed to our schedule and suggested a better mounting option. Real pros. Pleasure to work with.

The techs unpacked, drilled holes, connected sound system and then instructed me on how to use. They were great, very knowledgeable.

The tech removed my old tv and installed the new one. He worked quickly and had the tv up and running in no time. He programmed the remote so it’s very easy to use. He also gave me instructions on how to operate everything

I’ve used Geek Squad for several years and haven’t been disappointed. They’re always on time or early for appointments & call ahead of time. I use them for any set ups that I need some including computers, desk, ring doorbell and smart locks. I recommend their services.

Agents mounted my TV carefully and efficiently and threaded the necessary HDMI cables through the wall for me.

The agent connected our tv to our antenna, which is what we wanted. He gave us information that we needed to feel that we are on the right track. He was very polite, and finished quickly.

The agents knew exactly what to do to connect all my devices, i.e. router, soundbar, bluray, roku, to my new tv. They gave me an expert and easy to understand run through, and everything works great!

They worked quickly and efficiently and got the 75" tv mounted to the wall nicely and got the tv up and running. It would have taken us so much longer to get it mounted and set up....very happy we had them do it for us!

So glad I bought the more expensive mounting. I’m thinking about buying another one for my other room and thank goodness the geek squad put it up for me 123.

Agent got to my home a little late in the evening but kudos to him. He had quite a few service calls to do and mine was his last stop before heading home. Even through the long day he had a great attitude. He had my mount up and going pretty quick.

The team was polite and professional. They cleaned up after the installation and explained the features of the TV to me. Great job
