I had a stone fireplace built with the tv mounted above the fireplace. I never could have done it without the GEEK Squad. It took the a little while & I had to run to Best Buy to get another type of bracket & they waited patiently. The did a great job mounting the tv on the dry stacked stone.

I have used the Geek Squad for many of my technological issues and installations for over 5 years. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service they have provided over the years. Two thumbs up!!

Two guys showed up and in about 30-45 minutes had the TV mounted and working. It would have taken me several hours to do what they did. These guys definitely knew what they were doing, consulted with me when necessary, and in general were courteous, professional, and got the job done!

The agents installed two TV wall mounts, mounted two 70" TVs, and got both TVs connected to building cable network. Then they disposed of our old, heavy 65" TV. Start to finish, including cleanup, was less than two hours. And they were slightly early for the appointment!

The Geek Squad was fast and efficient. We are totally pleased with the removal of our old TV and installation of our new TV. They utilized our existing mount and sound bar and saved us money.

This was a remounting of a tv after painting the wall. The technician was quick and efficient. He had to return the next day because there was no sound from the sound bar, but he was able to correct that quickly.

Geek Squad did a great job drilling and installing the tv mount. The Ethernet and HDMI pulled through Fireplace looks clean and professional. Sonos mount below tv is awesome!!

The agent mounted and connected my new LG. They explained how to work it. Also sold me a mounting bracket for my old tv. Also got an appt very quickly.

The installers answered all of my questions and the tv, soundbar, and remote controls were good to go when they finished

Tech showed when he said he would, and was very accurate in the installation, measured everything twice to insure it was centered. He cleaned up any mess that got away while he was drilling holes in wall. Even advised me how to fix a issue that some people complained about on my sound system.

The Geek Squad Agent was attentive, put on booties and wore a mask. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He answered questions and explained how to use the tv. He was most patient, a gentleman and a professional!.

Very professional and the quality of work was outstanding

The couple that came out were very safety conscience and professional. They tried and the mount was not going to work on the tv. They gave me info on which one to buy, I returned the mount and bought the one they recommended and rescheduled appt.

I have to review this as amazing. The Geek Squad installers are always profession and respect my home when they install. I can’t be more satisfied than their work. Thank you Geek Squad, Best buy, and Magnolia!

The guy from geek squad was the best. He was not able to put me tv up because I brought the wrong mount. He told me what to get and he explain to me went I couldn’t use the Mount that I bought.
