The agents were very knowledgeable & respectful of my home & property.

The initial installation doesn't goes well BUT the Geeks came back out to make it right (which in my opinion they earned the respect) The cost of $250 is honestly high, shouldn't be more than $200. Would be 5 stars otherwise. :)

The geek squad were very helpful and did a great job putting together the tv and hanging it on the wall. They placed the tv exactly where I wanted it and it has a great view from every seat in the room. They were careful with the product and kept the area neat and tidy during and after their job.

The agents set up the TV for a family member and provided instructions for operating the TV using the remote control familiar to the user.

Cody was absolutely wonderful - focused, thorough, pleasant and even informed me about the streaming speed I had as compared to what it should be...Cody was GREAT!!

Two very nice, polite young men came in and had our TV mounted on the wall in short order. They spent some time helping us get is set up and showed us some of the features. Definitely worth it.

We are very pleasenty surprised with how well this 98” tv performs for the price. Everyone is impressed.

I’m so glad I had Best Buy install my tv. I had the install it on a wall and hide the wires. Everything looks great and they even set my components up and made sure everything worked. They also made sure my remote was set up and could run everything. Very helpful and great job!

Efficient crew that came in on time and made sure the install was perfect. They made sure I was happy before leaving. I would definitely recommend using Best Buy for TV mounting versus some of the “cheaper” options out there because they are transparent and have no hidden fees.

This is the third or fourth time I have had Geek Squad do work for me and every time they are great. They remember me and are very courteous. This time they called me a day ahead and asked if I wanted them to come a day early! Heck yeah, I was waiting on pins and needles for my new 75" TV!!

The agent just connect it to the internet and made sure everything was working properly. They set this up for my daughter in New Orleans where she is going to college. I live in Pittsburgh. Agent was polite, on time, courteous, and professional.

The picture on our tv is still lopsided. Geek Squad came, but the picture was good for a few hours then it went back to being lopsided. I tried calling GS again and have received no response. So disappointed in Best Buy. The manager has been helpful and I will call again this week.

The geek squad installers were awesome! They called and moved our appointment up by 3 hours! They were fast and efficient and professional, great install!

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install my 84" Samsung a few years ago and they were great. When we moved earlier this month, I called the geek squad and was quoted a price to uninstall transport and install in the new house. When I got closer to moving, I called back to schedule everything. That is when everything changed. I was told I would need 2 service calls, and they would not transport the TV to the new house, even though I purchased the extended, in home warranty. My son and I completed the uninstall in under 10 minutes, included taking the brackets off the wall. I then had to do the transport myself, despite being told Geek Squad would do it on my first call. So all that remained was the install in the new house. They asked me where I wanted it, and instructed them to center it on the wall. When they were done, it was off center and crooked!! The geek squad never used a tape measure or level, but rather "eyeballed it." This is an 8K over $7,000 TV, and they eyeballed it...! I ended up hiring another contractor to fix the issue, and another to repair the wall from fixing the geek squads mistake, In short, love the TV, very disappointed in the service. I would never use them or recommend again.

Very smooth I had questions and answered. I'm sorry that the virus is here, I would have liked to ask more but the location it installed at makes social distancing difficult. Not a Geek Squad problem They were very good and friendly.
