We had ordered the wrong stand for the tv that we were moving from the family room to the den. The guys who came to install the new TV and move the other called to the store and got the one that was needed. Very happy with all the services the Geek Squad has offered and we have received.

The Best Buy Home Advisor had ordered something we didn't need for this installation and I had to return it to the store myself rather than return it to the technicians who arrived for the installation. Also, the cable box on the back of the tv is falling and we had to set up another appointment to have that corrected. Nothing too serious though. I would still use them again.

This tv is amazing, so glad i got it ! Cant wait to change the living room to an OLED as well !

The 2 techs done a nice job moving my wall mount up higher & mounting the 65" TV. They programmed the remotes & made sure I was happy before they left.

Took a while to get a reservation but TV install guy came in time worked efficiently and did a good job mounting on walk thanks! Better to have it done right, by geek squad, especially if you have warranty !

Guys were kind courteous and knowledgeable. They both had wonderful attitudes

The installer did a great job installing the TV, but a poor job ensuring that I was able to operate the TV. I'm still struggling to fully gain use of it :(

The agents mounted 3 TV's and connected my sound bar. They were very courteous, respectful and talked to us older folks like we have a brain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I thought they were very thorough but quick in getting the work done.

Both agents were very helpful and professional. Spent time going over features of tv with me and answered all questions I had.

The 2 agents took down my 55 " TV and re-mounted it downstairs. They mounted my new 65" above my mantle. They then programed it in. I was watching my new TV in a relatively short amount of time. Both agents were very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Did great job mounting TV Wall Mount but HDMI cables I purchased were to short and Geak Squad was out of them on Truck was able to hook two cables together for temporary use but have not been able to come up with a time frame for both myself and Geek Squad to finish install

Two gentlemen showed up to install one TV, one mount, and to move one TV. They were so sweet, and very helpful getting us all hooked up. The fellow that stayed on double checked everything, and made sure we were up and running... Love Best Buy!

I was so pleased with the connection and setup services provided by the agents. All was setup, connected and ready to go. They took the time to be sure i knew what I was doing to operate everything

Carlos Benitez was excellent. He and his associate were cordial & knowledgeable.

Bryan and Tino were fantastic and most professional. Been a Total Tech Member for years and Geek Squad has always been most dependable.

Anyone buying a larger LED or OLED should pay for BB to deliver and set up. They are professional, correctly install, clean up and install looks like great. From this point forward, I will always pay BB to deliver and install. Thanks. g George Alexander

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing TV Bracket ! They also programed My New 55" TV, and were very patient ,and answered all our questions. I will use the Geek Squad on My next project.

The installers mounted and set up the new tv and soundbar. But I cannot keep the sound bar operating and to come on with the tv with one remote.

Television is beautiful and hung just right. Love it
