The Geek Squad that mounted my TV were great to deal with and made sure that I was satisfied with the installation.

The initial agent was outstanding, she knew exactly what needed to be done and she did a great job! Sorry I don’t have her name. I know that she is out of the Alliance Store. Great customer service!

The Best Buy Geek Squad never disappoints. They installed my 75" Samsung quickly and efficiently. They took their time with us explaining how it works and didn't leave until we understood how to navigate the new platform! Will use again when we need them!

Technicians showed up on time. Started to work then realized they should have put the surround sound bar on first. They had to take everything apart and start all over. Trainee had to use our bathroom then continued to help technician. They had a difficult time straightening the tv. It’s still a bit crooked.

The agents were great. I mean they were knowledgeable, met my expectations of TV placement. They were patient and experienced.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed our new 65 inch TV and sound bar. The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very attentive to our needs. I have nothing but praise for the Geek Squad.

Two guys from the Geek squad came and professionally mounted out 60" TV. They were very good, quick and very well mannered. Definitely would recommend their services, although my husband bought the annual package, which I think is a waste, as we probably will not be using it.

This mount works great with my new 55" Samsung Q60A TV. I had the Geek squad install it and they did a super job. I am able to extend the mount 14" away from the wall and angle the TV so I can watch it from the kitchen.

One of the best TV hardware I owed so easy to use. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Genti and the crew did an outstanding job mounting my tv and setting up the remote. Took the time to measure so it was centered on the wall and even offered an option to cords running down the wall! Highly recommend.

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Moved my large screen TV from the bedroom-to the family room. Showed me how everything worked. Highly recommended.

They guys came and did it super quick and easy. Didn’t have to assist at all. Very friendly and didn’t make a mess and they had on booties for their shoes which is great because I have carpet. Lol

My master bedroom was too crowded with a tv stand for the big tv I had. The geek squad guy was super helpful explaining why we had to change mounts because of the framing in the wall etc They were in an out, polite, clean and worth the money for the professional installation.

The agents arrived earlier than scheduled. They promptly removed the existing TV (which was broken) and installed the new one. They ensured everything was working correctly and provided an overview on how the new TV worked.

The two workers that came for my set up for on time and very kind, and also very quick. They also gave me their contact info in case I ended up having any issues

The agents mounted my tv — they centered it on the wall and checked the height with me prior to the installation. Then they connected my devices and made sure I could start connecting to my Roku (to initiate my account). Great service, thank you! :)
