Two guys arrived on time, and were the most professional I have ever seen. They worked tirelessly and efficiently to make my installation perfect. I would not hesitate to call them back for any of my future needs. Phenomal job!!!

The two men sent by Best Buy were professional, friendly, competent, quick, thorough and a real pleasure to have install our TV. We asked them to use a "pull down" bracket that we had purchased online and they made quick, complete work of installing it and mounting our TV. We were delighted.

Geek squad did a great job hanging our TV. They made great suggestions and were very friendly. They cleaned everything up after they were finished.

We were not informed at the time of purchase as to the height limit for a large TV being installed by the Geek Squad. When we learned of this, we addressed this with Best Buy management. Our issue was resolved without further issue. We were pleased.

I would recommend using the Geek Squad to mount & set up you new TV from Best Buy. They arrive on time with everything needed to do a perfect job. Afterwards, they optimize the picture & explain how to start the TV. In our case it was a Toshiba 4K with built in Amazon features.

Very efficient mounting my 85” TV. I was not going to attempt to mount it myself as it’s also above a fireplace. They did a wonderful job and they were quick and efficient.
