Very, very, knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen installers. The TV was up and operational in 25 minutes!! Will always have access to the Geek Squad.

Francis and his assistant installed my 80" tv and the wall mount. They centered it perfectly on the wall and made sure that was the height preferred for viewing. After Installation he carefully reviewed all features and how to access each device connected.

I needed a mount for a large TV in the basement (75") and wanted to make sure it was done right. Ordered online and had the Geek Squad install it a couple of days later. He hooked everything up (DirecTV box, PS4, Roku & Blu-Ray player) and it works flawlessly.

The Geek squad was outstanding from start to finish. I was impressed by the time they took to make sure things were done right.

Received mounting bracket in time before Geek Squad came to mount my tv; however, the bracket was not needed due to the existing one one my wall worked fine. I kept the bracket to use at another time if needed.

The agent did a greatt job. Suggesed a different wall mount that would be better. Mounted the TV and hooked everything up.

This is my 2nd HP 27f. It makes for a side-by-side configuration. I replaced an all-in-one having a 27-in. screen with a more powerful desktop box. So this earlier configuration also worked quite well, to create two screens.

Spencer was awesome mounting our TV. He explained everything he was doing & made sure we knew how to operate all the functions on our new TV before he left. He was very patient, polite & definitely knows his job !

Team showed up on time, went over my ideas and concerns and recommend where and how high to mount our 86" TV. Our TV looks amazing and the height it was mounted. Crew was very clean and recommended additional items to work with my TV to further the experience.

Daniel Lensch and his partner installed our 85” tv without any issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional! Cleaned everything up and couldn’t tell they had been here when they left. Highly recommend using this guy for all geek squad needs!

This was a mixed experience. The TV was scheduled to have been delivered and installed on 12/31 between 9 am and 1 pm. I performed all the preparations as requested. No one arrived. I called at 1:15 and was advised of a 45 min wait to speak to an associate. I hung up. I called at 3:45 and was told that the installers were on their way. Called again at 4:45 and was told that I was still scheduled but that the customer service representative had no way of contacting the installer to say where they were and if they would show up. No one came. No one called on 01/01 or 01/02 to follow up. I went to the store on 01/02 and was advised that I needed to reschedule the installation. The best date was 01/12, but they would try to improve on the date. I contacted Best Buy on 01/04 to inquire about any success on improving the delivery. They advised that the best they could do was 01/12. In my opinion, they had given up. I told them of my opinion. Best Buy said that they could deliver the TV on 01/06, but that the Geek Squad could not install until 01/12. I took delivery. I mounted the set on the wall myself. It was straight forward. Instructions on the mount from Sonos and the TV from Sony were outstanding. The Geek Squad arrived on 01/12 to check the set up of the remotes, etc. I'm good to go. So, now the good news. When the TV was delivered they apologized for the fact that they could not install it that day. They did answer a question about my sound bar which had both Optical and HDMI input. They recommended that if I needed a new cable to use an HDMI cable. This would allow the TV to control the sound. I did this when I installed the set myself. In my opinion, the people with whom I dealt were great. The systems available to them from Best Buy were terrible. Who has a system in which a 3rd party installer cannot be contacted? Who has a system in which service reps enter customer complaints and never alerts anyone to follow up the next day with a call? Who has a system that us unable to improve delivery dates as slots become available? All Customer Service is able to do is to placate people when they call or visit. It is Lip Service, not Customer Service. It is Best Buy's Back Office, not the employees. They are not empowered.

The agents for my installation were extremely professional and thorough. They installed two 85’ TVs and ensured I was satisfied with their location and operation before they left. I’m very happy with this installation experience.

The guys were great. Arrived on time, were very professional, knew what they were doing. Checking with me to make sure the locations was right. Afterwards, showed me the operation of the TV and remote.

Geek squad ROCKS your team is awesome!! Knowledgeable, walked me through every step and cleaned up their mess. Also, had their PPE on and that was awesome for me since I’m a high risk person. I will always use Geek squad for my installs.

My new smart tv was not acting smart and I could get it connected to my wifi. The Geek Squad person arrived, I explained my problem and he knew exactly what was needed. And in less that 10 minutes I had a new smart tv.
