The tech who mounted my TV was great. She had it mounted and hooked up in no time and gave me a quick tutorial. My only complaint was that 2 apps were part of the installation and weren't done but was very easy to do myself. She was polite and personable.

I really love Total Tech. The set up guy came up from So Cal. I’m trying to remember his name. Super attentive to details and very knowledgeable.

The guys were great.. removed older 82” TV and installed new 85” TV. Reviewed and explained how to use and operate it as well as the solar remote. They were quick and cleaned up upon departure

my TV looks good, and I can move to one side.. the service and the set up by squad was great.

My issue was resolved in a matter of a few minutes. The Greek Squad was very, kind, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Agent was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain how to use control and made sure it was working properly

We decided to let the Geek Squad hang our 75" TV on the wall and connect it to our new receiver that connected to our existing surround sound speakers. They left us with the experience we wanted- press the on button, select my viewing source and turn it up.

The men who came to our home that day were fantastic! They made sure that the measurements were exact for the height I wanted the tv since my console wasn’t delivered yet! I am extremely pleased!

The team came in unbox my new 85" - 4K TV, mounted it on the wall and hook up on my theater audio and Apple 4K TV / home kit devices. They remove the old TV for recycling and took all the boxes with them. A good value for my time and money.

The first Best Buy squad was not good did not set up expensive tv or wall mount correct terrible next team knew what they were doing

Agent who installed and set up my TV and related purchases was knowledgeable, patient and personable. Best Buy was well represented by this agent.

The salesman said all cords would be hidden in the wall and the geek squad would tape our power strip to the cabinet back- nice and neat with everything off the floor and hidden in the wall. However, the geek squak guys would have charged an extra 150.00 to put the power cord through the wall and they didnt know anything about taping/mounting the power strip to our cabinet. Yes they mounted the TV but we were left with pile of messy cords down the wall and on the floor. Seems like a gimmick to upcharge you once the geek squad arrives.

The guys were great BUT the tv is no longer running through the speakers. We need to set up time to have them return.

The agents were friendly efficient and setup everything perfectly. They explained how everything worked and delivered great customer service.

The agents did great job installing my TV, setting up my mesh network, explaining how to get the best performance from each, and cleaning up drywall dust from the TV mount.

The Geek team were able to mount my TV with the tilt wall mount without any effort. Made it seem easy! Two agents worked together to provide the service I needed. They were familiar with issues encountered during the mounting and advised accordingly.
