We had two tech install our 75" TV and Sound Bar and did a fantastic job. They made all the connections and managed the cabling perfectly, no wiring mess. They also installed all our TV apps and tested everything.

Agents were on time and worked quickly and professionally. I was pleased and impressed. They checked everything out and answered all questions. Exceeded my expectations.

The technician listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We now have our TV and associated electronics mounted just the way we want them. Thank you!

The agents mounted my warranty replacement tv and reattached ask the cable wires also. They made sure I understood how the remote, both of them, worked.

The mount was for a stone fireplace. Love extending the TV and the range of motion to be able to view while cooking, etc.

Jeramiah and his assistant were great. I'd highly recommend having him or someone of his caliber set you up, it makes things so easy to not do it yourself and know it's been set up to the correct height and everything.

The agents did install the TV and re-connect the cables properly. The TV is shown in the store flat against the wall and that is one of the reasons we purchased it. After the installation, the TV was out from the wall and it was explained to me that we needed a recessed outlet in order to get it closer. It was also explained that I would need an electrician. I think it would have been best if the Geek Squad could have been able to provide the recessed outlet; or minimally, if I had been told before the appointment that I needed a recessed outlet.

The agent was informed I had a small tv so he came alone but I had an 82”. He had no screws with him for the tv. He had to call for assistance which took about an hour. The other person brought screws and helped to place the tv.

The crew was outstanding. 1) showed up on time 2) were polite 3) were efficient 4) followed Covid protocol 5) did a great job 6) explained everything 7) were knowledgeable 8) cleaned up afterwards 9) Would HIGHLY recommend

Bryson went above and beyond his call of duty. There were some items that didn’t get delivered, but he personally made sure that he pick them up and install them.

We had a smart tv and soundbar delivered and installed. The first Geek squad had problems getting the WiFi to connect, so they asked me to call their overseas help desk ( I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred from one person to another) and request a new tv be delivered. After a week, a second geek squad came out. It turned out the first squad was just putting in the wrong WiFi password. I guess I should have tried in again myself. Both squads were very polite and pleasant to work with.

These two guys were wonderful! The 77" TV was way bigger than the previous TV. The wall type was not traditional, but these guys figured it out quickly and got the TV mounted. They did a fantastic job. Very professional!

I was pleased with the guys who mounted the wall bracket, installed my 65” TV on it, created a new socket in the wall so the cords for the TV are hidden, and reconnected all my devices. Couldn’t have been easier for me!
