We had the Geek Squad mount, connect and setup our 60" TV that I bought for my husband for his birthday. So much better than trying to do it ourselves or "getting someone" to do it. They arrived promtly and were done in no time. For us, it is the only way to go.

I was expecting the geek squad to arrive with my TV to install on the wall as was told by your sales person David. I also only wanted the geek squad . BUT a sub contractor with his wife arrived and after he drilled the holes in my wall, he said he did not have the screws to put it up and would come back at a later date depending on his schedule. I told him if it's not up by 5pm tomorrow it's all going back. He turned up and finished the job. NEVER AGAIN. I RECOMMENDED GEEK SQUAD BUT NOT CONTRACTOR.

The in house service provided has been awesome. I will continue to use geek squad for all in house installations

Would recommend this service to anyone that does not have experience mounting heavy objects to the wall. I received a call ahead of time to know when to expect arrival. The mounting was done quickly. Most importantly, my TVs are level. No home job slants for me.

Wonderful service. The set up was smooth and they were willing to make adjustments with unforeseen challenges that came up during the install.

Tech squad hung my new 85” TV. Got my YouTubeTV and Amazon prime apps up and running. Made all connections to my AV receiver and even secured existing speaker wire. Now I’m ready for football season!

They have done more then i can asks for they set up, leveled the tv, also. Helped out my family on how to use the remote. Thank you very much!

The geek squad was efficient and knowledgeable. Just hated I had to buy additional items that should have been included such as 2 hdmi cords.

The Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Setup was quick.

The agents took their time and mounted our bedroom Samsung TV and set it up. Then in our Great Room they were exceptional in getting all the cords hidden, all devices hooked up, and the TV running.

The technicians used the existing mount and sound bar. They did an excellent and clean job. It was recommended that I get a new Verizon remote to use just one remote and I did that.

Crew was prompt, polite and professional. They offered helpful advice and installed the equipment in an unobtrusive and eye pleasing manner.

This is the first time I get something installed through Best Buy and I had a good experience, now I get everything installed with them when I buy it with them. 

Very pleased with my tv mount it can turn to the left/right and tilts forward. When the geek squad mounted the tv they explained how the tv, mount, and the sound bar worked. The only the I wished the would include something to cover the wires or a way to hide them in the wall.

First team only hooked up TV n speakers but when I called the next team came and finished by connecting the dvd player and a device that allows us to use all our tv and audio equipment- great job team 2!

These guys know what they're doing. Quick and clean up nicely.

We are so glad that we had the Geek Squad come out and install our TV's and hook everything up. They were extremely helpful and did it in far less time than it would have taken us.

They could not hang it 100% centered, but it was not their fault that the studs were slightly off-center. They tried their best, and it is barely noticeable.

They came, put booties on so not to dirty the place. Came with all need equipment and in about 45 minutes they were done. Cleaned up what little mess there was and were very cordial
