The crew who attached my TV to the wall came on time and did a great job.

Edgar did an excellent job installing the new 55" television. He also assisting us on the controls involved in the operations.

Television was mounted by agents who knew what they were doing and explained the operation of the tv....the removes (tv and cable) are a little confusing since it seems to require both of them to operate the tv. I'll figure it out someday.

Two Geek Squad agents came to my home to install my TV and Sound Bar. They were extremely professional and had the answers to all the questions that I had. I have used Geek Squad before and will in lthe future. They are the go to guys for electronics. Thanks for the great job.

3 members had come and perfectly wall mounted 75" in less than 30 mins. They were professional. And helped me set up the tv features as well

Could you mount your own TV? Yeah. Do you really want to bother? Or be responsible if something goes wrong? Not me, at least not when this service is cheap for total tech support members. It was quick and easy, and the techs did a good job. Recommended.

Had them mount and set up our new 75" LG TV. They were great! Arrived on time, actually got me in without having to wait for days. They were very professkional, explained everything to me and had the tv working in 15 minutes. I highly recommend using them.

The agents mounted our TV as per our direction for placement. They were polite and professional. They reviewed instructions on using the remote control and before they left made sure we had no further questions.

So far I’m happy with it. I used them to install my Best Buy tv purchase for free. They took my old tv for free and I called them for text support for my Echo show and they helped me for free.

The individual that came out and installed was great. Even though he was short handed I helped him unload the TV and take it out of the box. He was very professional and had the items that was needed with him to connect my other devices to the TV

The team member who came to do the install was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my install. Joe went above and beyond for me.

The guys from Best Buy did a superb job of installing my new LG G1. They took their time to set up the TV, and also showed me the ins and outs of the remote. They were terrific!!

The tech was on time and communicative. He was polite and knowledgeable. The install was quick and my tv has been running great with all the apps and sound bar connected too.

I could have accompolished this install myself but didn't feel like doing it. Besides, if anything went wrong, Best Buy would be responsible not me. Worked out great and glad I went with this service.

Hands down best experience. The gentleman that installed our tv were very kind, answered any questions I had along with helping me out with another tv. If I need another tv installed I will definitely be using Geek Squad again.

The people showed up on time and mounted my new flat screen on my existing mount but refused to run the power cord through the wall so I now have a visible power cord. This would have been nice to know before I paid for the install. I don’t blame the installers as they were following Best Buy policy.
