I loved how helpful BestBuy team was and it was quick and simple to setup someone to come out ..

The team showed up promptly, and they did their job efficiently and professionally. Great attitudes, and very helpful with all the setup. They were there and gone much quicker than expected, but with all connections made and questions answered.

The Geek Squad person came to our house with the two TV's we purchased and all the supplies needed to set them up. The agent the set the TV's up and showed us how to operate the new remote.

If there is a heaven, these guys will be in it as they made the experience of setting this up angelic.

Best Buy sent out contractors who seemed to be boyfried and girlfriend. The only reason I got them do deliver was so they could take heavy plasma tv with them. I ended up helping him because it was kind of heavy for her. The guy was out the door until I told him to wait and turn tv on to make sure everything was working. The girl turn it on and went through the presets as he just stood there. I told them to take the empty boxes and he said they don't do that and didn't bother to clean the area. I've had geek squad deliver before and are very professional and clean. I was very disappointed that they sent out contractors.

The installers did an amazing job! Professional, extremely helpful & accommodating, and made lots of great suggestions. Their recommendations were spot on and we couldn’t be happier. They left the house spotless, too!

Geek Squad installed my TV quickly and properly. Met all my needs and cleaned after themselves. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend to everyone else as well.

The agents were professional and took the time to figure out the best options for mounting my 85" TV. Unfortunately they were not able to use the mounts included with the Tv and I had to purchase an additional mount.

The Best Buy guys were so quick and helpful. This service is worth every penny. They even reviewed a tv with me that I had not purchased from them but let me know some tips to get better quality and upgrades I can make with AT&T really take advantage of the tv's capabilities.

My TV was mounted above my gas fire place. Looks great!

Installer was very communicative and experienced. He was very helpful and efficient.

Brad came in and discussed the work order. He made sure the tv was hung in a manner suitable for me. He was very professional and neat. There was no mess, all the mounting piece wrappings were put back in the box as he unpacked them then took them off to dispose of them.

The young men that came to install my tv did a wonderful job. They were very professional, clean and up to date with the pandemic safety guidelines. They were also very knowledgeable on the technical aspect of the tv.

The tech squad mounted my TV on the wall and did a great job hiding the wires behind the cable hider strip that I purchased. There was no charge for the mounting with the tech support package.

Agents that came to install our TV were extremely polite, helpful and professional. We have used their service multiple times, and Best Buy really does hire good professionals.

I am glad the agents had shoes covers because the washer and driver delivery installers had oil on the bottom of their shoes and got it all over my cream carpet. They were cleaned up and gave me great suggestions. They were very knowledgeable.

The agents did a wonderful job installing my TV, removing the old one, setting up all of my A/V equiptment, etc. The final product is streamlined, no wires showing, with all of the remotes operating through one Harmony Remote. A fantastic Job!

The representatives hooked my TV’s, amps, arc soundbar, subwoofer, and mesh system, and they look great and function beautifully. I couldn’t be happier.
