The agents did a good job installing my TV. My only complaint is that the installation was delayed due to a mistaken address. The order was sent to Anchorage, AK instead of Reynolds, GA. I haven't used the Anchorage address in 13 years.

The reps were super professional, wore masks and gloves, and were very efficient and helpful and making sure everything was in working order before they left. I totally recommend getting your TV installed by the Geek Squad!

Great job! On time and neat workmanship made this a good experience.

The agents arrived on time and installed the TV and sound bar in a reasonable amount of time. They were courteous and wore masks, gloves, and protection on their feet. When I experienced a technical issue later in the day, they responded quickly and did not hesitate to return and fix it to my satisfaction.

The agents mounted the new tv and explained everything to us with ease and words we understood.

Geek Squad Agent Kenneth Spacek went above and beyond to install my TV/sound system and explain how it works. Extremely professional and left his set up area in my living room even cleaner than before he arrived.

It took about 3 times for the job to be done but I didn’t mind that as much. The first two techs here were both great but the techs came out the second and third time, the older one was rude. The younger one was great and professional and friendly but the older one was making comments under his breath and was rude and got more rude when he couldn’t get the feet off the TV to mount it and I asked him to mount it with them and my husband would get them off. They mounted the TV but left the in wall cord and cable power kit to hide the cords untouched so I see the cords hanging from the TV. In general with most of them it was a very pleasant experience and they were great but the last guy was just so rude and didn’t do a full job I feel like I most likely wouldn’t use Geek Squad in the future.

Brandon did a great job but Taylor was focused on charging me more for the installation. Also, the tv was mounted well but the conceal strip was not installed properly and lacks quality standards. Also, the old mount and stand was removed but they lost the screws to the old mount so I can never use them again as they were custom screws. Adam (audio rep) in the Okemos, MI, store is rude, intimidating, and downright disrespectful. Adam insulted my friend in front of other customers and employees because my friend did not agree with him on his audio pick, and then informed me that I could complain to corporate but they will not listen...he was right about that.

The guys hung a mount, hung the tv, and got it all working with our home system in about an hour. Very polite

Installation had to be done twice due to a product defect. All four years installation technicians were highly efficient and knowledgeable. They actually recommended other products to boost our wifi. In all the project took over four hours, so it was worth the cost!

The Geek squad delivered and set up my new Samsung smart tv. They thoroughly explained how the system worked and followed up with me after a couple of days. I will never buy such a devise without the support of the Squad.

Paul and David were really nice, decent, easy-to-work-with, knowledgeable, and very friendly but highly professional. Paul called afterward to check if everything was right. very nice person.

Excellent. I will probably only use them for future mounting. I felt as if Beat Buy truly sent their best to put up my 65inch Samsung. Great experience.
