it did the job and held the tv to the wall..it has not fallen

Geek squad did a great job of installing and setting up my new tv. They took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it and that it was functioning normally.

The installer was personable, efficient & was very patient when educating me to the use of my new television remote. I would definitely advise anyone looking to mount their new television to take advantage of the expertise of the Best Buy installers.

The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgeable and mounted my new 49 inch Sony TV and completed the installation in less then 30 minutes time. I am also very satisfied with Best Buy's scheduling offer for in home service availability.

The two technicians did a great job setting up and showing us features

Agent was courteous and knowledgeable. He hung the 85” tv all by himself, as his partner accidentally went to the wrong address! He listened to where we wanted it placed and it worked great!

I was running late and didn't make it on time for the appointment but they let me know that they would be able to come back later and they did! Also they provided me a power cable which I lost for the TV so that's always a plus.

My tv was installed and works great! They took my old tv. Left the box in case there is an issue. So far so good Wasn’t the geek squad.

Nothing like a third party delivery dude just drop the unit, install and bye. They really care about what they are doing and knowledgable to explain how the mount and TV works. It helps me with less back and forth troubleshooting later.
