The mount made it possible to place above our fireplace. I like that we are able to pull the tv away from the wall, esp. whe the sun is so bright outdoors. The glare would have made it impossible to watch the tv without the proper mount to move it slightly.

The agents mounted a 75" flat screen and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the packaging materials. I'm very pleased with the service.

The agents mounted my 85" TV into a metal stud wall (ie without being able to anchor to studs) correctly, efficiently, quickly and with no issues.

I already had my mount which was installed for my original TV. The Geek Squad installers noticed the mount was installed with wood screws and without coaxing replaced the screws with toggle bolts which resulted in a much more secure installation.

Very professional...called before arrival and were actually earlier then scheduled. They mounted the tv on the wall and explained how the remote worked with my Bose and Direct Tv setup. Cleaned up and recycled the box it came in. Very pleased with their expertise.

Total pros. These guys were the best. Had a problematic wall and they figured out a way around it to still mount everything.

The installers were excellent in being courtesy, and knowledgeable about their job. They asked whether or not the height was sufficient, and they showed my wife and me how to use our new remote control.

I could probably have mounted my wall mount and TV without the use of the Geek Squad, but it was peace of mind to use them. The gentleman who came was quick and efficient. He was able to wire everything up without a problem and left everything in a tidy state.

I have done my fair share of mounting and I can tell this one was going to be difficult, highly recommend them this if you don’t have at least 2 more people available to mount it.
