The Geek Squad text and email the day before as a reminder. That morning called and let us know they were on the way. So prompt and efficient they were extremely professional hung the tv perfect could not ask for anything more. Keep up the great work

The Geek Squad tech was great. I think his name is Jordan. He was extremely professional, neat, and respectful of our home. A great Best Buy representative.

The technicians who installed the new TV, and moved our old t=TV to the new location were great! Great customer service, the answered all of my questions and did a professional job.

The TV is working well and has several features I did not have in my previous TV, but the Geek Squad service was outstanding. I watched with gratitude that I did not have to mount the TV myself, and they were finished in about an hour and explained the start up.

The agents did a great job installing/mounting my new 75" TV. They were prompt, hooked up the TV to all my components, and cleaned everything up.

Got this to mount my old living room TV in my bedroom and it works great. No problems for the 2 years I have owned it. Easy to manipulate to connect cords to the back for other devices.

The Geek squad sent two different crew to work with my project and the first squad did a great job. A second squad was sent out to follow up and did a terrible job.

They did an excellent job even after I purchased an excessively heavy mount - they made it work and it looks great.

These folks do a great job on installing/hooking up your tv, internet to vcr while using wire management. Definitely will use them again.

Never used the Geek Squad before, Was always paying a high-end AV company to do my work. I was really pleased with how much the Geek guys knew. They did an amazing install.

Quick installation and showed me a better way to use the control. Very knowledgeable and interesting installer.

After watching the "GeekSquad" install my TV, I would definitely not tried it myself. Great Job to your team!
