The agents did a great job of installing my new tv and setting up everything. Very happy

Team was great in explaining set up, best position, measurement and viewing angles. Gave their input for best quality production of home theatre set up to maximize sound, video and experience. Def recommend the team for future installs.

Jason was wonderful. He connected the TV, set it up, showed me how to use the remote, removed the packaging, and the old TV. He was very polite and professional.

The guys installation was great. It was the follow up that truly sucked. Two of the 3 tvs installed did not get finished setting up. Remotes did not communicate with tv. I called 3x to get them out to help me or at least RETURN A CALL to step me through it. I dont have internet yet. So through the grace of metro and my phone being a hot spot, I hooked up tvs to internet and completed the installation MYSELF. Im paying $200 a year for what? When your GEEK SQUAD fails to return calls or live up to the contractual agreement I hink I should get my money back or next years FREE if there is a next year. CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS BEST BUY

The agent wasn't able to mount my TV but that's cause I got the wrong mount. After leaving the TV in its stand for a while I think it works well unmounted so didn't pursue getting it mounted after the. Staff was friendly and knowledge and I appreciated them trying to make my situation work.

I didn't get the Geek squad. The direct TV guy came and he knew nothing about setting up the TV, so I had to call Samsung. We were told the geek squad would be there and would also be able to help us set up our tv.

My Geek professionals did the TV installation perfectly, interacted perfectly, and did all the pre-and post- communication perfectly. It’s not a cheap service but you do get what you paid for and then some. Geek Squad = Done Right The First Time (sm).

The Geek Squad showed up on time, put the new TV stand together, mounted and set up the TV, and were gone. They did a great job. I don't use anyone else for my technical needs than the Geek Squad.

This was the most professional job i have seen. David was able to show and tell me what would be done and explained how to use the tv with the extras. David was very professional and was quick but thorough

Geek Squad handled the installation of the wall mount, which fits perfectly and uses 100% of the space available for the TV. Mount is solid and stable, and puts the TV screen exactly where it needs to be for full coverage for everyone in our living room.

Great service. The guys were polite, professional and on time. They made sure everything was to my liking and it was so nice to not have to worry about doing it myself. Would definitely recommend.

the team did an outstanding job of changing out and mounting my new 56" monitor on a long mounting arm. There were meticulous at getting it centered and straight on the arm. setup was also spectacular.
