Polite fast installers; poor availability times for del Very. Delivery -centric, not customer centric delivery scheduling.

The Geek Squad from Best Buy did a great job installing our sound bar & 65" TV in our Livingroom!

It was a simply install. Geek Squad installer did an excellent job. The wall mounting was completed fast. He still treated the job as if it were a million dollar job. He was very friendly and professional.

Geek squad reps installed the TV mount, mounted the 77 inch tv and connected devices. Only problem was the tv was not centered to the wall and they didnt ask me whether to center to the wall or to the overall room so it looks weird

It was very nice what they did, they installed my tv. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t hide the cables.

I was given excellent and professional service during my installation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

They came in delivered the TV, hung it and took the old TV and even the Box the TV came in. Saved me a lot of time. The cost was reasonable for the time I would have spent doing it my self.

Travis was excellent. He is very well informed on the equipment. He was extremely patient with an informed customer like me. He answered all of my questions.

Geek Squad Technicians did a great job! Connected everything and even came back for free because I needed a different cable. One negative. When ordering online they dont tell you that you need longer and "in-wall" rated cables.

I was very pleased on how professional they were. They did a great job of mounting the TV, setting up the internet, and connecting the components. The guys pared the remote to work all the components. Then they show me how to work everything. Nice guys
