The two guys came and were a little arrogant. Turned out, they were pretty professional and cared about giving my family the best TV positions. I mounted a 75" and 65" TV. They were pretty quick and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

The Geek Squad technicians were more OUTSTANDING than expected and well worth the cost. Their knowledge and patience provided much needed support to install and use the Samsung 75" tv. Thank you.

The installers were professional, went above and beyond with the install. They explained everything to me giving opitions, I didn't some of the hardware but the techs did, making the install smoother.

Bree Floyd who did the install was incredible. Friendly, fast, funny, informative. I hope to get her anytime I have someone come to the house to do any install.
