I have no problems with any of the people who disconnected or reconnected my TV. They get 5 stars. Best Buy should not even get 1 star for both the cost and the lack of service provided. The fact that I spent around $5000.00 for this set-up and you would not even transport it to my new residence is outrageous. I had to pay a moving co. over $800.00 to move it along with a few other items. It cost me around $600.00 to $700.00 for you to disconnect and reconnect the system. Good thing I like the TV or I would have returned it. I think Best Buy needs to look at your policies regarding transporting TVs and the cost of the other services involved.

It works great. I can get to my peripherals. I can pull it away from the wall and adjust easily. Don’t waste your time and money on anything cheaper.

Such a reasonable price and works wonderful. I don’t know why I waited so long before getting it.

Great job mounting the TV by the agents. They even cleaned up the dust afterward. I didn't know you could hire them to come out even if the screen was purchased elsewhere. Glad I checked into it.

The two guys that came to my apartment and installed the TV mount and the TV were awesome!! So friendly, courteous and professional!! I could not have asked for a better experience!!

The agents (Leon & Javid) mounted the TV & helped me choose the appropriate height while I sat from a distance. They were very knowledgable and helpful. TV is perfectly aligned/balanced !

Noah from Geek Squad installed our TV and swivel/mount. He was very polite and efficient. This is the first time we used Geek Squad to install at our home. Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic job by the Geek Squad installing my soundbar and mounting it along with TV. It was especially tricky due to the DirectTV connection. They did an amazing job. Timely, courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again!
