The techs mounted my tv after taking the broken on down. Great job

My previous living roo. flat screen TV died and and I wanted a larger replacement delivered, setup and and the old one hauled away. I tried several local stores and most wouldn’t deliver. My previous experience with Best Buy on attempting to get a dishwasher replaced was unsatisfactory. On the the day of deliver the Best Buy delivery man refused to deliver- I was too far off his route. This time the Geek Squad came through with flying colors. I still give Best Buy a low rating but the Geek Squad is fantastic.

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to all our devices. He was very professional and answered all our questions relative to the care and use of our new TV. He also answered a few questions relative to the streaming services that are available.

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. You couldn't ask for a better, knowledgeable and communicative pair. These guys are pros. They're also patient, kind and engaging. It's really nice to have someone who knows exactly what they're doing get you set up. These guys are worth every penny.

This mount works very well for our 75” tv. It’s very easy to handle. The maneuvering is very smooth and effortless. We appreciate the flexibility to turn the TV in various angles so we can watch a favorite show during dinner or while we’re on our lanai.

I recently hired Geek Squad to mount my new TV on the wall and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The installation was quick and efficient, and the technician was friendly and professional. The installation was also done with precision and care, ensuring that all cables were neatly routed and hidden from view. This was the first time I have had a TV mounted and I wanted it done right, so we had it done through Geek Squad. It was easy. The guys that came to install it were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and they mounted the TV perfectly. There was a slight issue with the type of mount I purchased and the crew was able to provide me with additional options on site to mount. The TV looks great on the wall.

The team sent to wall mount the tv were fantastic! Shipping delay for the mount was an unfortunate occurrence since I purchased the TV, the mount and the install all at the same time. The TV arrived with the installers, but for some reason the mount was shipped via FedEx. The installers arrived on time and were ready to go, but still no mount. After 30 mins, I felt horrible for the installers because it was not their fault and I was about to have to reschedule but luckily the mount arrived. They knocked the install out super quickly and were extremely friendly and understanding!

The geek squad duo did a great job with installing the rack and mounting the big TV. They obviously have done this a thousand times before. Also have patiently explained to me how the TV works. Very satisfied customer here

These guys came in and mounted 2 of my TVs. One a 55 inch and the other a 65. Quick. Clean. Respectful. Please make sure when they come they are actual Geek Squad and not some independent contractor Best Buy sub contracts with. If they knock and they are not Geek Squad send them back !

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

To whom it may concern: The agents that installed my tv's were great. They were nice and friendly and real easy to communicate with. They were very knowledgeable about what they were installing and hooking up. They were fun to work with. I would recommend them to everybody that neefs an install.
