This is a wonderful service. They explained everything and very friendly!

The agents removed the faulty new TV and install the new one. Made adjustments to the TV regarding the light levels and sound. I just wish that the second TV worked. Waiting for the third one to show up.

Also offered to do the second TV instead of coming back for a different appointment day; combined two different installations to one day for both, which I did not know was doable, and it was much appreciated!

The Geek squad worked as a team. Communication with owners of the home was informative.

The mount was perfect for my 55 smart tv they installed on the wall in the basement exercises room I like that I can move it in any direction excellent product

This TV was perfect in the bedroom the perfect size I keep my TV on 24 hours a day. Beautiful, perfect location and perfect in the room. The colors are very intense and detailed.

Very professional and didnt leave a mess. A little pricey. I think they shouldn't charge $199. A little on the expensive side in my opinion. I have no problem with the service. My issue is the installation price over $200.

Had techs come by to install a 43inch tv. Took them a short amount of time. Very helpful and polite. Will recommend!

What more could I say that hasn't already been said about this team of highly trained professionals? Big kudos to Timothy Bell and his assistant for a speedy, courteous, personable installation of my new Samsung 55" 4K television and Samsung sound bar.
