"Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else." The mounting itself was done well. However, the process was not worth it at all. I took off work to be available and they no showed. Not only did they no show, but they couldn't even be bothered to let me know they were running late and would not be there. I called to check and was told to wait longer. So we did. We missed a couple of planned events to make ourselves available. It was well past the original scheduled time frame. Still nothing. Called again and was told they wouldn't be out until the next week. Not once did I receive a call. Not even when I was told I would be called back. After sharing my frustrations with the no call, no show I was told I would get a gift card for my troubles. This would have helped to make the situation right had they actually followed through with it. I was told the card had to be physically mailed and could not be emailed. Also told that it could take up to two weeks to get the card. So two weeks go but still nothing. So I called to check and they informed me that there has been a problem with the card. Instead they are going to credit my original card back. This would take 7 to 9 business days. So I wait. Big surprise, my card is never credited. It's been well past the estimated time. So I called and after getting passed around to different departments, no one can seem to help me. Several hours and several disconnects, I get nowhere. Not once had Best Buy reached out to me to try and make this right. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else.

It was a game changer for us. We had to return it and buy a normal tv. If you get it I would suggest to conduct some research with the magnolia dept

The two gentleman did a very nice job of mounting our new TV. However, since they have left, our soundbar and subwoofer works fine but our rear speakers do not work at all,

The entire process from making the appointment, reminders calls, and to the installation all ran smoothly. Both employees that came to my house were very professional and took the time to explain how the tv worked.

When you are spoiled and wants sound and image quality, this is the one to get, size perfect for any room.

This worked really well in our workout room where space was a bit limited and we wanted the TV to be moved around and seen from many angles. This did the trick! Very sturdy.

Great people , both installed my new 85" tv with no problem. Quick, and professional. Even helped me move my other tv downstairs.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I wanted to make sure the tv was centered on my wall, and everything was connected properly. When the TV was not perfectly centered they took the TV off the wall and moved everything to ensure it was correct.

This mount is very sturdy! Best buy Geed Squad initially installed it but Iv'e had to move it twice and the mount is made very well and I am very happy with it!

Installers solved the problem. Our blu-ray-surround sound can not be properly paired with the remote to turn it all on with one control. The installers found a way to make it work using an extra step in the start up process.

Did everything quickly and effectively. Answered questions. It was only after they left, I discovered more questions. No follow up calls were made as to questions I might have after serving.

Would never thought of trying to install and mount my 72" tv by myself. These guys are a life saver. Highly recogmend the Geek squad plan

Agents mounted the TV, connected all my cords, completed any system updates, and ensured everything was working properly. Even gave tips on what kind of sound system would pair well with the TV and what I wanted.

I bought a new TV at Best Buy online, I had it installed by local my Best Buy. The guys were on time, polite, professional and neat. They showed me how to use all the features of the new TV. It was the type of service I wish to see everywhere.
