I WOULD NEVER HAD BEEN ABLE TO MOUNT MY TV MYSELF. THE 2 GENTLEMAN WHO INSTALLED MY TV WERE GREAT. THEY WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING AS THEY WERE PUTTING IT UP. THEY INSTALLED THE MOUNT, TV AND SOUND BAR. THEY WERE WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.

All devices hooked up and the agent ensured everything worked prior to leaving. he answered all of my questions completely and made sure I was happy.

Complete professionals and experts. Came into my home with masks and booties over their shoes. Were precise on the install and set up. Completely earned my respect and trust.

The agents came on time, were very professional, and everything was working when they left. They took the extra time to show us the controls and how they worked and even get my photos up on art TV.

Guys did a clean good job.as stated above. They explained the limits where the stand and tv could be placed and the reasons for it. They removed my speaker at my request and told me where my electronic devices would be best placed in my house.

Tech was very knowledgeable, personable. Prior to and after installation, everything was explained in detail, all questions answered. I was pleased with explanations on all products bought, brought and installed. Safety also appeared to be of utmost importance.

Replacement for defective TV was handled quickly and on time. All packing material removed, new set tested and demo on using remote.

Great guys, on time, efficient, good explanations, very clean work ( one vacuuming while other drilled holes for mount).

Both Techs were very nice people and called in advance etc...The first Tech who came told me he couldn't use the "full motion" mount I bought on my own b/c my studs were metal, so I had to reschedule so I could return it and buy a regular tilt mount. The only one he carried around in his van was of course a $169 one! So he only connected and set up my Roku TV which he failed to program to always power on to regular TV not Roku. The second tech was very good and determined the studs were actually wood, so I could have used my full motion mount but now I don't have that feature per stated above. So all in all very nice people but I can't give 5 stars. The second tech gets 4 starts. But I'm not 100% satisfied.

The crew measured and place mounting bracket at my direction. TV was then mounted and had a degree of adjustment even while locked into bracket.
