The agents that mounted my new TV measured carefully and took care to make sure everything worked properly. It was also fun to talk with them about the Chiefs.

They stood on time in clean uniforms they removed my old tv and installed the new one set it up and had it working inside of an hour. A very stress free purchase and they actually stand but there extended warranty.

Great install but manual was taken with box and never returned. Now I have to print one to use the features and the warranty can't ever be register?!

The man from Best Buy was wonderful. He did the installation very quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with our new TV.

We had Geek Squad install our Ned 65” TV. The young man was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything about the new TV and how to use the remote. We would recommend their service anytime!

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my 70" over a fireplace. They set the TV up and connected it to a new soundbar as well as programmed my DTV remote so it controls everything. Very pleased with the service.

The Geek Suad customer service is impecable. They went above and beyond and even cleaned their area as they were working.

Geek Squad Chris/Frank was AWESOME. He was very meticulous and professional. His work ethics are above reproach. He measured precisely and wrapped the cords neatly and secured them nicely on the back of my television. Kudos to you Chris

Geek Squad installed my new TV nicely. They were professional and on time (even early) and were nice people. Unfortunately I am not savvy with technology and I can't get the TV to work after I used a Blue Ray disc. So I am stuck.

I cannot say enough about the techs that came out to install. Had a 3rd tech come out to ensure the tv wasn't mishandled. Exceptional service.......

The Geek Squad delivered, mounted and installed my TV and soundbar. They even took my old TV upstairs for us. They did a great job.

All I can say is GEEK SQUAD, the do wonderful work never go with their third party, the will either come to your home and say that they can’t do the work or they may not even show up at all.

The guys that came out were professional and on time

This is the mounting kit to go with. It allows side to side movement as well as up/down movement. The best thing is the space the unit gives you if you need to add/delete wiring. One can actually do so things with the allowable space.

Mounted and installed very quickly, but didn't explain what they were doing or how to change anything, and there's no manual. They installed with HD channels only, but I've found that there are MANY channels that are available but I can't access them and I don't know why. Not sure if they limited it to HD channels. In addition, I told them not to activate the smart features, but now I have no idea how to change that. I liked Geek Squad originally, but Best Buy has taken away features and barely reduced the price. I recommend finding out exactly what you get for the money before buying.

The guys did a good job and had my tv mounted quick

I opted for the Geek Squad installation to do the wall mount for the new TV that we purchased. They arrived on time as per the schedule and completed the installation within an hours time. It would have been better if they had done a better job at hiding the wires and not kept it tangled all over behind the TV stand that we had.
