The guys set up the TV and stand very quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with the audio but they found it and fixed it along with my old TV. I would recommend the Geek Squad to my friends.

The guy was so nice. There were 2 other guys that came to help him. And all 3 were super nice. They made sure everything was in order before leaving.

While the Samsung 85-inch TV I bought from Best Buy has been fantastic—great picture quality, and the installation process was smooth with friendly technicians—there's one thing I found disappointing. When I purchased the TV, I was told that unmounting it and mounting it at a new house would be free if I moved. However, now that I’m relocating, I’ve learned they want to charge for this service. It feels misleading because this wasn’t communicated upfront during the purchase. It’s a great TV, and the installation team did a good job initially, but I think they should be clearer about additional costs when it comes to services like this. Something to keep in mind if you're considering this purchase!

The employees were amazing. Showed up when expected. They were friendly and communicated with me on where o wanted my installed. He went above and beyond! Very happy with the tech and service.

I hadn't done this by myself before, so hired Geek Squad to take care of it (as well as deliver the TV). It was 82" or else I would've tried it myself, but they did a great job. Even went so far as to help organize my mess of DirecTV wires.

Professional install...Mounting was right on the wall studs wires hidden... Crew of 2 worked well as a team answered questions and mounted perfectly centered as customer requested A+++

The geek squad was very good in stalling and mounting the sound bar.. they made sure that everything was level and working properly, The sound bar did come with an optical cable and they did not have one on the truck. had to run and get one.

They were the best, set everything up for me mounted my TV and showed me how to operate the fire stick and everything.

The Geek Squad installers were so efficient and explained everything, setup the internet, disc player, remote, etc. and made sure they all functioned properly. They answered all my questions and cleaned up before leaving. They were great!
