Geek Squad installed my new wall mounted 85" TV. Technicians were friendly, efficient, and neat.

Very satisfied. But remote is very small and only a few buttons. But we use an universal remote so we just put the remote away labeled for TV. We love it.

Demarcus was superb. He was very efficient, and made adjustments to the mount to get the TV exactly where I wanted it.

The installers were professional, polite and helpful. They were also reasonably quick, and did a good job.

The company that installed and mounted my TV was a contract company working with Best and not a member of the Geek squad. He did a good job of installing my wall mount and TV but did leave me with cleaning up some of the debris and mess.

The agent mounted and installed the TV quickly. I also asked him to hook up the Fire Stick. Unfortunately, he left before I realized, the Fire Stick was still in the box on the chair. The TCL television is clear and easy to use.

The agents we great and professional. One guy gave me a tip on measuring your line of sight to get the best mount placement which was super helpful and exactly why I ordered Geek Squad

Very happy with the install. I like the tv up higher and not on a big tv stand taking up floor space. Then I found a small table for the cable box etc. installers were very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the install money.

The techicians did an excellent job BUT remember one thing, installing a TV above a fireplace is extra cost. It pays then to enrol in the geeksquad package - you also get (as of now) 20% off any extended warranty for the TV.

Came back two times to make it right. Technicians very good to explain how to use.
