Geek squad did an amazing job wouldn’t think twice about getting them to my house for anything they are the bomb.

Geek Squad mounted our TV quickly and easily. They were very knowledgeable, and walked us through certain program features and functions. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. They provided great customer service!

Geek Squad hung my tv and got it up and running; a bit more difficult since receiver, etc., are behind the wall inside the closet! Very professional and talented!

I bought a 75” TV to replace 65” wall mounted model. My cables were in the wall. Due to the larger size of the TV and the location of the TV input jacks, the rxisting cables were not long enough. They did not bring any additional cables/extenders to complete the setup. The told me I would have to buy additionsl cables, buf they would not return to complete the setup. Seems to me that having additionsl cables in the truck to complete an install would be an obvious supply for installers of TVs should bring to every job. I did not get what I paid for.

The agent mounted my TV, set up the TV and sound bar and provided a tutorial on the TV functions and smart remote. He made sure everything was working properly and answered any questions I had before he left.

The Geek Squad disconnected our old TV and mounted & connected our new TV. The were very good with all the questions we had and explained how to get to the various features of the SmartTV & apps. Plus they hauled off the old TV.

The service people were courteous and fast. Told them where and how high and it was done. They showed how the mount bar works.

Great picture. Sony is a step or two ahead of the rest of other TV manufacturers. Had no trouble setting it up. It is so worth paying a bit more for an item you use almost everyday.

Th agents were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. they wore masks, and booties over their shoes. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions.

So knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. Much appreciated.
