I was disappointed that I couldn’t add my component audio receiver. Is their an adapter to add to my Comcast cable box so I can connect via RVA jacks?

The Geek Squad guys who installed the new TV (Campbell and ?) were outstanding. Not only were they polite, but they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of their work. Scoring 10+ out of 10!

Max did great job with the install & gave us great tips on how to use our system. He called 30 min ahead of his arrival so we could be ready. Overall service was about an hour. 5 stars

Geek Squad guys present themselves professionally, installed 2 wall-mounted 85" Tvs quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall 5Stars. Highly recommend.

It was so nice to have the team install a 50" tv on the floor stand. We had a lot of other things to get ready for that day & this service saves us a lot of time.

The two men who cane to my house delivered and installed two TVs. They loaded all my accounts and passwords, troubleshooting and fixing slow internet and even helping with other things. They are my heros!

Geek Squad technicians mounted new TV and connected all devices to it. TV works extremely well.

The geek squad sent 2 agents and they worked well together and were very professional. The used shoe covers to make sure not to track dirt in. The handle my items wit care and completed the job timely.

Only took off one star because I think there is a disconnect with Best Buy and the vendor hired to do installation regarding in wall cable hiding is included, but vendor didn’t provide. Best Buy took care of me for the mess up though, so I’m not sad.
