Always great service with geek squad. This was my second install with them. A great benefit with the total care package.

Eric & Eddie knocked it outta the park! They arrived on time, worked quickly, did great installs, and even cleaned up as they worked (picked up after themselves and vacuumed and dust they created)!! They’re the BEST!!!

The Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job mounting my new television on my living room wall. As promised, they properly connected the television to all of my components and made sure that everything was working properly.

Geek Squad guy was the best. He showed me how to load new program and networks. I would be lost without Geek Squad.

The agents had suggested a different mounting bracket than what I had originally purchased. A retractable instead of fixed. It turned out to be a wise move.

The GEEK team was exceptional; fast, efficient, professional. Set-up was successful.

They were voth very polite. Very nice. My issue is, that they didn't even try to instal my wall kit. He called me the Day before, to tell me that they may not be able to do it. But they didn't even bother looking at it, to try. There is already an outlet there, and a HDMI installed. But I wanted another one there. Didn't even try, or even look to see if it could be done. I paid for it. Bought a kit, because the salesperson said that they would be able to do it. I don't want them to get into trouble. But I was pretty disappointed that they didn't even try.

Technician sent went above and beyond in my opinion supporting getting me set up. And he took care of my home

My husband waited for them to ask about our firestick being installed before putting on the wall and I got involved trying to help installers get the charter tv installed so she forgot. Tried calling to get someone to come out to put in in the TV but couldn’t get past the machine.

technician installed it professionally and expertly. He did a great job and explained everything to me how to use it to move tv around. He was very nice and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone

The agent called 20 min before he arrived so that I could be ready. He did a good job at inspecting the wall and mounting the tv perfectly without making any mess.

the agent mounted my tv and programmed my remote.the agent also did a great job with hiding all the wires and setting up and hiding the cable box.great service would highly recommend this service.
