Our installer could not have been more friendly and professional! Very impressed that 1 man was able to walk mount an 85”! I had my doubts but he did an unbelievable job!

ALL the services I rec'd was STELLAR. A few companies and take notice from Best Buy.

The technician Jason installed two sets by himself and hooked up all devices, cable box, DVD player and programmed everything so when I got home I just had to turn it on and watch TV. He knew how to do it all

The Geed squad was on time. The did a great job of mounting my TV. Helped with solving a problem of hooking speakers to the TV and cleaned the area of packing materials. I am very pleased.

Both the Geek Squad personnel were excellent. Very helpful in getting everything set-up. Explained how the TV worked and how the streaming worked. Couldn't have been better to install the TV.

My agent was professional and polite. He even left me with his contact information should I need any assistance at all.

We made the appointment through Geek Squad, received a call from a third party company. I told them I only wanted to do it through Geek Squad. They said they would contact me back but I had to follow up on the appointment. Once everything was straightened out, they did a great job installing the TV.

I had not heard from them as far as updates and timeframes when they would perform service. But they should up at the initial set time. Good workmanship.

The Squad measured and mounted our 75” TV and then proceeded to hook everything up and explain all of the many features and benefits of the new set.

The installer was very friendly and kept us up to date all day on his whereabouts and ETA to our home. He made short work of mounting the TV after discussing placement and angles. I highly recommend Geek Squad!

Original install time was a 6 hour window. But they called and did a great job

We had a 55" TV installed for us and the Technician was on time, professional and did a fantastic job.

Always polite and thorough, The Geek squad guys and gals do great work, clean up afterward and take the old tv away.

There were2 geeksto setup the bigger TV and install it on the mount. I was very pleased with their work. Very efficient and left my home as it was when they arrived.
