The Geek Squad agents were professional and thorough. They arrived right on time, calling first, and installed my TV and all devices. They ran all cords through the wall for a clean professional look.

The Geek Squad brought everything to my house and did the installation. The only problem was they didn't check the functionality of all of the speakers. The soundbar itself produced great sound. The subwoofer and rear speakers never worked and the sound wasn't synced with the picture. You could watch a golfer swing and would not hear the swoosh until the swing was over. The subwoofer only made a hiss and the rear speakers never come on. Very poor performance by the Geek Squad installation team!

Benny and team did a great job in setting up the wall mount for my tv. They were punctual and very professional. The clean up is part of the process, so that was plus bc i didnt have to deal with discarding a tv box
