As usual, the technicians that came to install and hook up my new TV were fantastic. They were professional and answered all of my questions. They also made sure all of my devices were hooked up and worked correctly.

I wanted to make sure it was done right the first time so that is why I chose the geek squad. The technician knew what he was doing and did it while I took care of other things.

The gentlemen that came to the house were very professional and friendly. They followed all COVID protocol and they did an EXCELLENT job. We are very happy with their service.

Way too expensive to install a tv!!! Best Buy needs to lower Geek Squad price!

Installation was smooth and simple, took maybe a half hour. Explanation was limited and the crew didn't suggest or prompt to making sure to ethernet wire the TV. WIFI load buffer is a lot otherwise. Crew did do some small extras.

The agents you have sent 3 out of 4 times in the last two months have been great. the problem is the one time the geek squad came, they suck...... please don't ever send them

The agents mounted the TV efficiently and made all connections. Offered suggestions in the us of the TV and connections. In short the service was not only friendly but informative and very professional.

The two techs that came out were really efficient. They mounted the TV and even accommodated my request to have cords ran in the walls where they wouldn't be seen which was a little tricky in and old home.

I got the premium mounting service, which said it included hiding the cords. However, the cords are still hanging in plain sight, rather than dropped behind the wall. Other than that, the TV is mounted nicely.
