My Geek Squad people today were awesome. They were very pleasant and professional. They installed a wall mount for our 85” TV and did a great job. I would recommend this team.

The guys were great and professional and precise on placement and even asked if the placement was fine before the tv was mounted. Really happy with geek squad service.

Service was fine. The installer was done very quickly and efficiently. I found the price a tad high for what I actually needed - I just needed a wall mount and TV installed with no other connections. No other machines or service. Just the physical installation. I set up the Wi-Fi connection.

Geek Squad mounted my new 82" TV and hooked everything up, but required me to buy an in-wall channel to run the cable through some additional cables. I did not know I was going to need these items. I suggest asking what will be needed ahead of time so you don't have to purchase whatever is on their truck.

We are grateful for the great service. Putting up the TV bracket would be too much for us. Our serviceman did a great job. We love it!

Although they didn’t get it right the first time, the finished product was great. The guys were not rushed and explained the tv features to me.

Best Buy where I live is using a third party installer, Install Inc. I questioned this at time of purchase and was assured it would be the geek squad. It was not & not available. they never showed up on the scheduled delivery date and Best Buy continued to tell me for the 10 hours I waited at home, that my tv was on a delivery truck and would be installed. Finally told truck broke down. Rescheduled- installers showed up and immediately asked for bottled water. showed them where to hang the tv; they drilled holes 5” too high. Said they’d lower but I don’t want to see extra holes. After all hey you old me @to just get some “Knick knacks” for o cover it. Will hire someone reputable to fix. Also did not set up/pair remote correctly. It old me had to use 2 remotes. Not true! Took me 39 minutes. Guess they didn’t want to take the time to do it right. NEVER again will I purchase a tv from Best Buy. Note: BB did refund the charge after conversations with multiple people. Not worth whole day waiting, hours of phone calls etc and now I will need to pay another company.

The Geek Squad technicians were total pros. Arrived on time. Made sure I understand how to work the TV. Left my home clean. Very happy!

Installers were very nice polite and professional l. My tv isn’t straight though I tried adjusting it after they left to no avail. I have to call Beat Buy and see if they can send them back out.

2 men that knew what to do and completed the whole setup very quickly!

First they didn’t show up on time 6 hours late. Unprofessional dressed. Then could do it because have two people asked my Husband to help who is disabled that’s why we were PAYING TJEM TO DO IT. Said he would be back the next morning with help. Never showed up. I called they said it wouldn’t be till the next day. Showed up late again. Had to us our tools because he didn’t have the correct ones. Used my step stool because he was to lazy to go get his ladder step tool wasn’t tall enough I had to tell him he needs taller ladder finally went to get his ladder granted it was a large TV difficult to mount but they were told this when I called in wanted me to sign job was complete and I refused until cords were stored neatly acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. Very unsatisfactory from day one. Just a typical subcontractor (Mastec) attitude.
