The 2 Gentleman were fantastic. I had a work from home call when they arrived, but that didn't stop them from providing excellent customer service.

Mark, of Geek Squad, installed the wall mount and TV. He set it up to work with the components we were needing. Felt very comfortable with him in our home. Was very pleased with his work ethics and he cleaned up after himself.

The Geek Squad Tech arrived on time and was extremely professional. He installed my 40 inch tv exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up after the install and made the process seamless.

2 guys came to deliver and install our mount, tv and sound bar. They were very professional and easily explained the options and possible upgrades I could have chosen. Kept the space tidy and even threw away the 65" tv box for me.

I have had a few unpleasant experiences with home delivery through Best Buy. The agent who delivered and mounted our TV was the BEST! He alone changed my opinion regarding future purchases with Best Buy.

I would be lost without my "Total Support Geek Squad". I'm retired and cannot keep up with the constant changing electric world. They are always available and very knowledgeable about all electronics. Love them!

It was fast,professional,I did have them install it too high but i cant afford to pay again to have them move it down. But it was great.
