Quick, easy and nice people. Great experience, made installing an 85" tv completely seamless

The tv was mounted securely on the wall, but the tech was going to leave the wires all jumbled up and not hidden at all behind the chest purposely positioned under the tv for that very reason. When I brought this to his attention he charged me extra for some parts to corral the wires. I would think for the price that might have been included.

Mathew and Nathaniel were super supportive and spent most of the time teaching how to use our new T.V.. They were very prompt and extremely neat. I'll reccommend these two to all my neighbors.

Excellent service! They arrived on time and were extremely helpful! I had previously had the Geek Squad come out and install another TV and after this time, I'll continue to have them come out and install the other TV's too.

Received tv was broken the reps went out to get another one for me and were extra polite and understanding and wouldn’t leave until they made sure everything’s was working great.... love the service...

Good product just wrong size. Needed 24” stud space. Thankful for the I stall crew that handled the situation and went out right away to get the mount we needed.

There is no way I could have done what the two technicians did to set up the tv and the soundbar.

Extremely helpful as we age. Things that were easy to do for ourselves years ago get more difficult with age!

The Geek Squad did a fine job in mounting the TV to our stand and doing the wiring. We are both retired and not very tech savvy and these folks took care of everything and answered all our questions fully.

I'm not a handy person and have zero skills when it comes to installing a tv mount. The tv was mounted quickly and positioned perfectly on the wall. They are professional and awesome!

Installers were great, clean and courteous. The installation was perfectly placed exactly how I envisioned it and explained how to operate the tv. I was most satisfied.

Guys were courteous, but do not expect a lot. Basically located the studs and threw it up. They did not hide power cords or cables in the wall as sold to me at Best Buy. That came with an additional cost for additional equipment.
