While I expected someone from The Geek Squad, it was actually a third party installer who arrived and installed my Samsung Frame TV. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with his service.

Safe and efficient tv mounting. Nice I could purchase my own mount & have them hook up mount safely to tv & then to wall. Still up & mounted to wall & full motion is working just fine.

My Frame TV was not mounted and installed properly and ended up falling and breaking the same day (almost 4 weeks ago). After multiple calls to Best Buy and Geek Squad I’m still waiting on a solution. What’s most annoying is I could have broken my TV for free. I didn’t need to pay someone else $249 to do it for me. Why won’t you at least refund my Geek Squad charge?

These guys were so professional and friendly. Did the job neatly and fast. Very polite. Knew what to do and did a great job.

The Technician was accompanied by a trainee, so the process was longer than usual. This limited installation questions and complicated day of appointment communications. Technician was good and installation was fine.
