The young man that installed my TV was very professional. He was on time and he did not waste any. The install is perfect. I am very happy with it.

very clean, very fast, great communication, understood my components and helped out tremendously. even helped me move out my old equipment in to storage attic.

Does what we need it to do. So far so good and we are happy.

I have a very complicated TV/Entertainment Center set up with THOUSANDS of wires. There is absolutely no way I could have figured out how to connect/re-connect everything once I bought a new 65" TV. Thankfully, Geek Squad was able to get it all hooked up properly....but it did take close to 5 hours!!!

The agent mounted my tv to the wall and connected to the sound bar. The best team ever. Thanks

I’ve read some mixed reviews when it came to the TV installation, overall the pros that came in were in and out in about 20 minutes. It was a job well done! Couldn’t be any happier !

Tim was great and professional. you knew exactly what to do you know what type of chords I needed he set up everything perfectly explained everything he was a true gentleman.

Had to call back the tech (Tray) to program the remote and he was not able to recognize that the cable box went thru the VCR until I mentioned having to turn to channel 3 on 1 remote and play on another. Tray also did not measure/tell me that the cord from the TV to the extension cord was "a little short" and needed "to be raised up". He went to look for something in the TV box he had offered to dispose of to use. I looked at the connection, unplugged from the extension cord and plugged directly into the wall. No problem. Why did Tray ( and I hate to say it) not think of this as the "expert"? I could go on, but let me say your "customer service" team was also lacking in acceptable customer service. Just a personal experience observation ……

The technicians were quick and very accurate!! Made sure to measure / check other side of wall not to do any damage . The height I asked for and they covered there goes while in my home . Awesome

Ebony is the best tech! It took three times to get me set up properly. She is knowledgeable, can offer ideas, a wiz at programming, and practices safe guards against COVID.

Excellent communication on when he was coming. He was so helpful, kind, organized and efficient with his time. I was so thankful for his services.

These fellas know their stuff! In the time they had our TV hung and turned ON we would have still been unpacking! Was way too big for my hsband and I to handle. Best money spent... save alot of headaches...
