I did not have my TV mounted, but I did get setup with Blu-ray and DirecTV. It went great. I was informed of what was being done and provided training/instructions on operations after the setup. Geek Squad, Great job!!!

The agents connected the rear speakers of my Bose System, the rear speakers through a wi-fi device, corrected the previous universal remote installation, also mu bose headphones.

Originally they got the mount size wrong after I waited 2 weeks for installation which required another appointment a week later. However, they got it right then and from the store manager to the installers, everyone was professional, helpful and made sure I was happy.
